Dr.Kapasi was recommended by my friend when I found out about my first pregnancy. I was skeptical about having a male doctor, but I am glad I came to him! He made me feel comfortable in every visit, cracking jokes here and there. I always looked forward for my next visit with him to see my little bean. He throughly answered all my questions and concerns throughout the pregnancy. I delivered a healthy babygirl 12/19/22. Everything went quick and smooth! Had a great experience, I know who to come to with my next pregnancy. Thank you for everything Dr.Kapasi you are awesome!!!

Dr kapasi has delivered all my 3 children and also my oldest had him deliver her first baby. And now he's my 16yr old Dr as well. He's a great Dr and has an awesome personality. He makes it so you're not nervous by joking around. I have followed him from move to move because I refuse to let any other Dr take care of my family.

Dr. Kapasi is an outstanding doctor. He delivered all 3 of my children. Very friendly staff. I always looked forward going to my visits.

I have seen Dr. Kapasi for 15 years from him delivering my second child that I didn't get an epidural with (so afraid of needles) to my third which ended up being high risk and him having to do an emergency c-section 8 weeks early to save me and my unborn daughter (and get an epidural which out of 3 pregnancies, I never had one nor intended to get one ever). When it came to the c-section over 10 years ago, he made me feel so at ease and was able to relax completely and know we were both in the best hands possible!! And my insition was done so well that it healed quick and looks great even now. He has since did my hysterectomy back in June of this year and now is seeing my 14 year old daughter... the first of my 2 children he delivered. I have referred many friends and family to him over the years and he also has seen my sister-in-law and deliverd my nephew several years ago. I have never had to wait over 10 minutes to be seen and always in and out in under an hour. He will answer any and all questions you may have and help you feel as comfortable as he possibly can. The front staff especially Priscilla is wonderful and will find you the answer to anything you ask and the office is always clean and the staff is always professional. I decided to switch doctors around month 5 of my pregnancy. I found Dr. Kapasi online and decided to book my next visit with him. The front office staff was friendly and welcoming. Priscilla was there at every appointment and she made checking in super fast and convenient. Compared to the 3 hour wait time at a previous location, Dr. Kapasi saw me every time within 20 minutes of walking in. With my insurance, I've been over charged alone, CHARGED for over a year for my depo shots which are covered with my Humana. BUMMED!! Dr. Kapasi has been my doctor for more than 17 years. He is a very professional and reliable provider. Trust worthy and excellent at what he does. Builds a great patient doctor relationship which is why I have continued seeing him through out the years even after he delivered my two kids. Highly recommend!!

The experience during my pap smear was good. Didn't have a long wait and the visit was quick. The issues began after the visit. 1. I never got a call back regarding the results of my visit. I had to call to ask. 2. Mrs. Kapasi (Shama), who is the office manager, is THE WORST person to speak with regarding insurance claims. My insurance had told me that everything was covered; however, the way this doctor's office told the lab to bill the insurance was wrong. And then this woman lies to me saying that the clinic has no relation with the lab, and when I call the lab I am told the doctor's office is who tells them how to bill.. and when I call back Mrs. Kapasi (because I am sent back and forward), she makes me sound stupid for making a big deal regarding what's being changed because according to her "plumbers charge more than $80 for a visit". Very disrespectful and unprofessional lady. It is obvious that the only reason she is a manager is because her husband is the doctor. Moral of the story, appointment was excellent but be sure that you will have to deal with this woman's attitude if you get overcharged. I would l save myself the headache if I was you. Dr. Kapasi has been my OB/GYN for like 20 years and he is awesome! He has great staff working for him and he takes time with you to explain everything. He's sensitive, kind, and funny. Not like most doctors who are always cold and can care less about you. I would highly recommend him to all woman.
