I have been under Dr. Gross’s care for as long as she has been in Narragansett. Yes, the wait times are long and the receptionists are not always first rate, but, for me, the quality of her care is top notch. For that, I can easily live with the rest.

Although Dr. Gross is kind and thorough, the wait times at her office are incredibly long. And it certainly doesn't help that the first face you see behind the front desk belongs to one of the rudest women I've ever met. I'm not sure why or how she continues to work there as I've heard from many people who have visited Dr. Gross's office how terrible the receptionist is.

I was a primary care patient of Dr. Gross for over 15 years. In the early years she had a full staff with a few RNP's on board. Something changed there about 5 years ago and now her clinic is a skeleton of what it once was. The wait time is unacceptable to say the least. They open at 9am and Dr. Gross shows up about 10:30, hence the whole day is backed up. 18 months ago I started going to Thundermist Health Center of South County. Average wait time there is 15 minutes at most.

We met Dr. Gross during a distressing gastro issue that ended up with a 5-day hospital stay. Her medical experience and instincts were excellent; she assessed the situation accurately and made calls to local specialists who took over and helped us through a tough time which has ended favorably. She has a very busy walk-in practice and visits does require time and patience from patients (!), but we are grateful for her availability in South County.

As a walk in patient on vacation in Narragansett, Dr Gross not only took care of me as if I had been a patient of hers for the last ten years but went well above by calling in addition medication to the next stop on my vacation. Professional, caring and above and beyond care, it does not get any better than Dr Gross!

I went to the walk-in clinic where Dr. Gross was on that day. This was my first experience at the walk-in and every staff that I had an interaction with (office, nurse, and Dr. Gross) were very friendly. I do agree, the wait time was lengthy (45-minutes, and I was the only one in the waiting room), but the overall experience counter-acted the wait time.

This doctor is more concerned with getting her runs in than seeing patients. If you are waiting a long time to see her, it is probably because she out running somewhere. Find another doctor.

I had 3 very poor interactions with the same front desk staff at this clinic. I called ahead and was treated poorly on the phone, when I arrived I was again treated poorly by this same person, and on my follow up I was AGAIN treated poorly by the same woman. Her name is Kathy. I also sat in the waiting room and continued to watch her have poor interactions with patients. Her lack of empathy, compassion, and basic manners are a disgrace to this practice. I work in the health care industry locally

I was a patient of Dr. Gross for many years, but each time I went, I'd swear it was the last. Not because of the care I received- Dr. Gross is knowledgeable, caring and thorough. But even with the first appt of the day- the wait is more than an hour. The last time (and I mean LAST time) I had the first appt of the day for my annual physical, I waited 50 minutes in the waiting room, and ANOTHER 50 minutes in the exam room. It was the straw that broke the camel's back- I got dressed and walked out

Unfortunately, I have given this office a few years before deciding to change doctors. As a patient (not walk-in), the wait time is still long, an hour+ usually, maybe 30-45 min. on a good day. I saw the doctor once the yrs I was a patient; almost always a NP. Front desk is overwhelmed. They also require your social security number for ins. (that's what the front desk staff tells patients) and unwittingly it's supplied thinking it's required when really it's not.Ofc needs updating-cleaning.
