My sons have been coming here for 8 months. My 9yr has had an elevated blood pressure since he's been coming here and the Dr didn't notice, I had to bring it to her attention and had to request a referral to have it followed up on.

She was very friendly and answered all the questions I had about my 3 week old. I'm a first time mom and she put my mind at ease.

We love all Doctors and staffs there. Love the no nonsense and straight to the point approach. The wait time is very understandable in my opinion.

Dr salinas enters The Room And Will Not Look At You Very Poor Eye Contact Does Not Like To Answer Questions And Ignores The anxious Child. Very Poor Bedside Manners. We Have Been To Her 4 Visits And Never Has She Talked To Soothed Or Smiled At The Child HER PATIENT If You Dont Like Children Dont Work With Them! We Were Told By Her Answering Service That The Clinic On Sat. Was OpenUntil 1 pm Office Was Open but Patients Were Not To Be Seen After 12 pm.We walked in at 12:35 She refused to see us!

Doctors are good but, are losing patients due to the rudeness of the staff. The staff and management here have very poor customer service and, empathy to the patients needs and sicknesses. Now I know why so many people rather go to the emergency room rather than see their PCP. I'm glad I was able to find another Pediatrics office who saw my child the same day after being refused medical treatment from this office. Yes, I have filed a complaint with the health department and, with Tx Med Board.

Dr Salinas treats my grand daughters and has for years. she is very thorough and easy to communicate with.

We have been taking our son to Dr. Salinas since he was a few weeks old. Since the day we met her, she has not once tried to look at my son, interact with my son, or talk to him. He is now 16 months old. She is very cold and does not explain ANYTHING. Being a first time parent, I have a lot of questions, and every time I ask one she seems to be very annoyed that I am using up more of her time. We feel like just a number to her and nothing more. She does not need to be working with kids.

It was a very unpleasant visit. After 1.5 hours of waiting in the waiting room we finally got to go do vitals, then continue to wait on the doctor. We finally were able to leave 2 hours after our appointment time. The office staff was very rude and unwelcoming, and we were first time patients. Our experience with Dr. Salinas was unpleasant. She didn't take any interest in our son and what his needs were. She mentioned right away that all she had been seeing today were new patients.

Doesn't do ANYTHING! We called at 10:30am because our daughter started throwing up for the 5th time in a month, we didn't hear back until after 3pm. Just about a week before she was in the same office because of sever dehydration, relating to the same issue. In the past, they have messed up her weight and height, not seeming to know how to do either and then the office manager telling me, Oh the doctor wants to see her back not the doctor. Incompetent staff.
