Awful customer service by office manager. Ignores patient's reports.

So many winey people writting reviews, staff always helpfull, everyone makes some sort of mistakes , we are all not perfect, but if they do make a little boo boo they fix it Dr issa and his staff good in my book u people writting bad reviews get a life

It’s a doctor who really cares. I didn’t want to do breast mammogram because few times I did it, it was very uncomfortable for me, so he didn’t give up and sent me to do ultra sound. They actually found something, he right away sent me for more checkups. Thankfully, I just need to keep an eye on it, but with this doctor I see we are on top of things. Also I used to have blood pressure problem, and none of the medicine would work, Doctor M. Issa is a first doctor who found proper solution and now I live my life without thinking about it. Thank u.

Horrible.

Been trying to get one prescription for nearly two weeks, they keep forgetting to do it and sending it to the completely wrong pharmacy... Maybe it's because I'm BLACK, they don't give a dam, or maybe they just purposely being trolls... If this prescription was something to save my life, I would be a dead man already...

This doctors office is a totally lack of management. I have been here 3 times in a month and always they haven’t respected the appointment times. Is clear that is not any kind of organization and management. If you have an appointment you can arrive 2 hours later and probably you will wait less time. A totally mess.

Even with medical records, blood work, x-rays, and physical, this doctor decided to take me off my medicine I have been on for 19 years. Garbage Doctor. No wonder he has a 2 star rating. His assistant, Cristal, does not even reply back to voice or emails. They would rather you go to the ER than get you a referral for a specialist. Stay far away

if there was a minus rating I would give it to this practice. when I first became a patient I thought Dr. Issa was the best Dr I ever had and I watched the practice go downhill from there. On more than one occasion I was unable to get a refill of medication I have waited more than five hours to be seen. i was diagnosed with pneumonia without a chest x-ray. I was diagnosed with gout without a uric acid test or the proper medication. i was given the Tylenol number three for gout. I was diagnosed with C.diff without a stool culture When I couldn’t get my prescription refilled in two weeks I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told this was impossible because they have to send an email to the supervisor to call me and there was no way to directly connect me. i had a MRSA infection after a mastectomy and the nurse practitioner i saw looked at the wound and wanted me to reapply the dirty dressing - she wouldn’t even give me a fresh dressing. They send an 88 year old woman home from surgery with no home health care for numerous days. When they finally get someone to come out they refuse to give her a shower .. that means days without her wound care .. or help at night so when I show up at 4:00 a.m. she is laying in Urine. If they provided the option of "zero" stars, that is the rating I would give this practice. They have an incompetent Nurse Practitioner who has called in incorrect medications twice to my pharmacy. The first time it was two medications I have never taken and they were contradictory. The second time, the NP changed my medication (without my knowledge) to an extended release tablet to be taken twice a day. That is an overdose. The NP who made these serious errors is, to the best of my knowledge, still with the practice. They do NOT process referrals in a timely manner. I requested a referral on a Monday, was told it would be expedited, but it was not even processed until the following Friday. I finally called my insurance company who contacted this office, and then spent time on the phone doing the job Dr. Issa's office should have done. The end result is that as of 4/1/2020 I will be transferring to a new primary care physician. I no longer have what it takes to continue fighting this uphill battle. If you are considering using this primary practice, I suggest you do some serious research to determine if these problems have been resolved. Love my primary doctor and the staff in the office. I felt like I was well taken cared of.

Primary Care Physicians has to be by far one of the worst primary practices I’ve yet to experience. The staff is rude and unknowegable, their phone services is atrocious, there was dried blood on the floor in the exam room, and the Nurse Practioner I got stuck with was more into her personal cell phone calls than my appointment. I love my nurse practitioner, Shari Johnson. She's the best! Unfortunately, she works for a practice with the most unprofessional office staff I have ever encountered. I've been sent to the wrong location for appointments. It took both a specialist's office and myself over a week of phone calls to obtain a medical clearance for surgery. This included being disconnected repeatedly while on hold, getting attitude from staff, being refused to speak with a supervisor, being told that an in-person appointment was necessary before getting such clearance when one had already been had, and on and on. I went to get my annual check up and from my experience, it was a very nice office. I went to the one in Pembroke pines. I felt pretty comfortable and the doctor was able to actually listen to what I felt and treat me accordingly.

I've been diagnosed with CCL and was going nowhere seeing one specialist to another. No coordination from any until I was referred by an nurse from Memorial hospital to him. Doctor Issa explained the condition I had very succintly and explained the treatment plan to me. I felt confident that it would work. I needed to make an emergency walk-in appointment on a Saturday and I was quickly seen at the Plantation Office with minimal wait.

This is simple a business!! Their interest is to get a lot of patients doesn't matter the attention to the patient. It is common that you wait for a referral months, go to attend an appointment and the Doctor is not at the office that day and no one offer any excuse or at least, re do your appointment. I have,been seeing Dr. Issa for just about a year and I couldn't be happier. He is kind and gentle and genuinely seems caring & concerned. I've had several primary doctors since my 50's ,but I think Dr. Issa is the best fit for me . I have nothing but praise for him and he is always on top of things, blood work, testing, medications or taking the time to talk,with me.. My only problem is there is no way to reach the office directly and the staff, at another location does not transmit messages

If I could leave no stars, I would. Never called me in to the office to discuss a Level 3 Osteoporosis diagnosis. Just had the nurse call me to tell me and that I need to take Calcium and Fosamax - a drug with very bad side effects ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS A MISDIAGNOSIS! I am a 46 year old woman who HAS NOT hit menopause. Thankfully got a second opinion - I do not have osteoporosis. This man is a QUACK!
