He took time to explain what I didn't understand. Also gave reasons why he suggested certain tests.

Dr. Buckay has been treating me since 2015. Always takes the time to explain things to me. Has done several procedures on me and I attribute being alive thanks to him. Not only is he knowledgeable but he is caring and very humane.

Dr. Bucay is probably one of the top five cardiologist in San Antonio. Very knowledgeable with many years of experience. Has great bedside manners, detailed oriented and doesn't rush patients. Takes sufficient time to address all questions.

I saw the PA, Laura Garza today, Dr. Bucay was not available but that was okay because Laura Garza is awesome, the 5 *****'s are for her. The front desk is also very courteous and friendly. 5 stars also. The guy that does the vitals is okay also but not very courteous, just gave me the vibe that he was there to do vitals and for me to just sit there while he worked. Maybe I was just used to the friendliness of Dr. Bucay other PA, I believe her name is Monica. 3 stars for Him. The girl that scheduled my next appointment was okay also but not too friendly either, maybe she was getting frustrated because I was too particular on my next appointment date and time so when it was set I had to ask her if that was it because she didn't say like " okay! thank you, your ready to go" when I asked if that was it, she just nodded. I thought it was kind of rude. I guess all those years I've been going there I've been used to the friendly and cheerful attitude of Wanda. She was there but the other girl helped me instead.. Appointment girl 3 stars. Why are these new faces not so friendly? My 83 year old mother was seen at 6pm, after a 2 hour wait. This has happened twice. The office was locked and we only know she was in there because my 85 year old father talked to a nurse leaving the building at 5:50 pm. Appalling situation.

I am writing this down for Olga Garza, one of Dr. Bucay’s and Dr Garza patient. She has informed me that Dr. Bucay Has done an amazing job, especially when she had undergone through a triple bypass surgery. She is forever thankful to him and to Laura Garza for their care to her. This is a great physician and nurse duo. Dr Bucay will summarize treatment and give options. The Boerne office is so convenient for me. Highly recommend, part of the "A" team!!

My Mom who is 90 yrs. old, waited for 3hrs. Today for appointment which was for 11am. The Doctor has done this before. Don'understand

To long of wait, especially if your 90 yrs.old. almost 2hr wait and the appointment was at 11am.

Dr. Bucay is an outstanding cardiologist, my wife Frances (2012) wouldn't be here today were it not for him.

Dr. Bucay and his entire staff are tops in my book. They are professional, friendly, and get right to the root cause of cardiovascular issues. They work with you on medications and scheduling appointments. There are none better.

DR BUCAY WAS VERY THEORY ,HE KNEW MY HISTORY ,BACK AT LEAST 10 YRS , HE KNEW WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS AND CHANGED MY MEDICATION . I AM SO GLADE HE IS MY DOCTOR ,THANK YOU DR BUCAY.

Good screening. Short wait. Staff friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr. Bucay treated me with great care and did not rush our visit.

Dr. BUCAY is very kind and professional. He ordered a bunch of tests and the professionals who did the tests were very kind and professional.

At first, I was a little miffed that it was a long wait, but after I saw Dr. Bucay, I understood why. His explanations are very thorough and he does take his time with each patient. I really appreciated that.

Had open hesry surgery with complications. Have nerve damage and cannot walk. Came home from.physical therapy amd my husband died 4 dsus. Later. Dr Bucay called me personally to tell me how sorry he wss thst all this hd happened. I would highly recommend him to anyone with heart pronlems

Dr Bucay, Jennifer and the rest of the staff we deal with are wonderful! Dr Bucay takes such good care of my mother and spends time to converse with her. I never have to call them to ask that they respond to the pharmacy when mom is out of refills which is my experience with all the other medical offices I have to deal with.

Dr. Buckay has been treating my husband since his massive heart attack. Not only is he one of the best in San Antonio, he is the most thorough, the most kind, and the most compassionate doctor. He takes genuine interest in his patients and he is professional and caring while doing so. Highly highly recommend.

Dr. Bucay has been my cardiologist for eight years and has faithfully watched over my heart health being keenly aware of my other medical problems. He has communicated with my other physicians. I appreciate his personal kindness.

I saw Dr. Bucay for a followup and was seen on time. Sometimes he runs a little late but that's because he is such a caring M.D. and gives each patient the time they need. I never mind waiting and am grateful to have "found" him. I am so very satisfied with his service and I thank him. His nursing staff and office staff are outstanding. Very efficient. He really covers everything that you are concerned about. I recommend him to anyone that needs a cardiac physician.

Dr Bucay has been my cardiologist for 10 years now. When he first started treating me for AFIB we both had brown hair. We are both a little grayer now and thanks to his care for the past 10 years, I’m still alive to say that. I’m doing better now health wise than I was back then and I have him and his team to thank for that. Dr Bucay is more than a Dr. to me, he is a trusted friend.

Doctor Moises Bucay has been stupendous with me. He is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, curteous, and he has giving the right examinations and medications to stay healthy. He truly cares about my well-being. I would recommend Dr. Bucay to anyone with a heart condition. His nurse Jeniffer Buchanan is a wonderful and caring person.

I did have to wait an hour before the Doctor could see me, even though my appointment was the first of the afternoon. However, once I did get in to see Dr. Bucay, he was very thorough in his assessment of my HEALTH . Dr, Bucuy is very easy to speak to and to understand.

Dr Bucay has provided excellent medical attention each time I have been in w/problems. Attentive, personable and direct. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Bucay is wonderful. Listens to your questions and concerns and takes his time to give you an answer. He does not rush the visit as some doctors do. And his nurse Jennifer is awesome to.

I am very happy that my previous Cardiologist who went the way of being a Concierge physician recommended Dr. Bucay. He is very respectful, honest, provides humor during your visit, and is very aware of my other health problems (COPD, Sarcoidosis, Kidney and treading the old age road)! My visits are very interesting, humor filled and insightful health wise. The folks around him makes it even more interesting.

Dr. Bucay is very caring, efficient and I feel very comfortable under his care. When I first met Dr. Bucay I felt at peace. I never mind the wait time, as he is always willing to take the time with each patient and I never feel rushed with the visit. His staff is efficient, caring and personable.

This Cardiologist is so much brighter in many way than most people we will ever meet. Dr. Bucay is everything you want to encounter: a skilled listener; a skilled observer; thoroughly informed about everything that affects a patient from surgical intervention possibilities to treating conditions medically with the latest available therapies. It was a lucky day when Dr. Bucay became a permanent part of my existence - I should've bought my first and only lottery ticket on that day!

Saw Bucay for the first time about a week ago. Been feeling tingling/burning sensation in chest area, ekg done& he explained everything ok in the heart department. He took his time to explain in detail how certain symptoms can relate to other things like anxiety and not to the heart. He spoke in terms that I was able to understand and made me feel at ease regardless to our bad family history of heart issues. I didn't feel rushed & he wasn't holding the door knob to try to leave like some doctors
