I have been seeing Dr. Malik for 2 years and he is a great help when he is available. Dr. Malik is often 5-6 hours late for his in person appointments, 24 hours late for his telemed visits and often gets my refills incorrect. When calling about incorrect refills, you are put on hold for a minimum of an hour and you often have longer wait times. It makes zero sense to see a dr that cannot keep your current medications refilled therefore your never properly treated

Has accepted over $2.5 Million dollars from pharmaceutical companies. He will medicate you or a loved one until they are unable to function in their daily life please consider going anywhere else. I know the numbers are unbelievably large so check for youself on the cms.gov open payments website

The office staff are friendly enough but unfortunately incompetent. Hold times are at least half an hour and you have to call 2-3 times to get them to do anything. Dr Malik had been over medicating me on lithium for two years before I finally demanded to be taken off of it. His wait times are absurd and half the time you end up seeing his Nurse Practitioner. They started doing mandatory urine tests with each appointment and now I’m getting a 5k bill for those tests. Seek help elsewhere.

I waited three hours for an appointment that never happened and they are still trying to charge me $50 for an appointment that never happened.

Terrible. He canceled my appointments with him for almost a year in a row, leaving me to be treated by his nurse. When he didn't cancel I've waited more than three hours past my appointment time, sometimes as late at 10pm, to actually see him. He wrote off serious side effects of my medication as stress for nearly a year until I stopped the medication myself and demanded something else which his nurse actually prescribed because I couldn't get a hold of him at all for more than two weeks.

I was left a reminder call after office hours and much less than 24 hours about an appointment that I never made, then told that I had to cancel with at least 24 hours in advance. I have no idea who this doctor is except possibly someone I was collecting information about. Well...I got the info I needed! No thanks.
