I have been a patient of Dr. Menon's for over 10 years. My experience there have always been excellent until today. The injection staff were rude and argumentative. When I arrived on time for my 2:30 appointment, there was a person ahead of me at the desk, so I waited my turn. Then I checked in and answered some insurance questions. I waited 10 minutes and was told that I was 8 minutes late checking in. The receptionist even told them that I was on time... They acted as though they were doing me a favor letting me get the injection. After sitting in an almost empty waiting room for almost 25 minutes, I finally got the injection. I am not happy with this poor service. I was not late. I was waiting my turn in the reception area.

Best allergy doctor ' best staff

My visit was long and painful for my child. Barely got to meet the doctor before my daughter was poked for allergies. I’m sure he is a wonderful doctor and has been doing this a long time so he knows what he’s doing. But we were rushed our whole visit and I was barely able to get a word in. He asked questions so fast I’m not even sure if I was giving the correct answers. Would have loved to have been able to meet and talk to him before starting initial testing. It was a scary first visit. There was a terrible scary first impression and horrible bedside manor.

Great staff, very friendly, but they do not answer the phone when you call. You leave a message and they return your call. We get allergy testing done and we have to sit in the waiting area for 30 mins after each shot. The phone does not ring at all not even once!!!! Had to go across to the hospital for testing that was sent over from dr. Menons office and it wasnt sent through so the nurse there tried to call 5 times and no response, so we had to drive back to menons office to have them send it through again and drive back over to the hospital???? very inconvenient of them!!!! Alway the best doctor for my family.

Dr Mohan is awesome, very thorough and very intelligent. His nurse Tonya is sweet and very knowledgeable and helpful....all of his staff are very professional and I never worry about paperwork getting sent where it needs to go or prescription refills. They are amazing at following up with their patients. Definitely 5 stars!
