Dr. Mohammed Shahabuddin

I had a very good experience with Dr.Mohammed Shahabuddin. He gave me a cleaning, fillings and a crown and caused no pain whatsoever plus he was very reasonably priced!No waiting time here plus the girls in the office could not be more helpful.

I went for a cleaning and I barely opened my mouth and the doctor said that I had no cavities and my teeth were clean. He did a very poor work, and no proper cleaning job. Everything lasted 5 minutes on his chair and he was rushing to get another patient to do the same thing. All this office do is steal the money from the insurance getting as much people possible pretending that there are doing some cleaning job. Never coming back again. I would never recommended this facility…the front desk ladies catches an attitude and are very careless of the patients needs…I have utilized them after giving birth to my son and the way the doctor conducted the procedure left me with other dental issues which I had to get done at a different dentist who shared that what ever work was done was very poorly done…as I am dissatisfied I have expressed to my young ladies of my experience and they shared with me not to share that with them and they don’t need to hear it…as a patient I have the right to my thoughts who are they to tell me not to express my feelings….after my MIL got a procedure done the dentist left her immediately without giving her any temporary pain relief…instead the girls told me to go to the pharmacy which is a far distance from where we were and wouldn’t have made it in time before closing. It’s not like we aren’t paying for the dental attention needed…for a facility to treat patients so poorly is not acceptable. Horrible horrible just horrible. Don’t even waste your time. The doctor is rude, unprofessional, and does a rush job.

Office is good and clean. But the doctor was talking to his assistant during the teeth job. And scratch my cheek with tool.

Great for emergency fixes or no insurance he gives reasonable prices.

This doctor is very unprofessional and did a very poor job with a root canal. However, I needed to come back to complete the root canal process but their office were overbooked and no appointments available. Dr. Shahabuddin claimed he did a cleaning but all he did was brush my teeth. He is not very knowledgeable and did very poor work. When I first visited the office I thought he would be a very experienced dentist, with excellent knowledge. Nevertheless, Dr. Shahabuddin needs to retire and do not practice anymore. Hungry for money , poor work unprofessional, and rude.

worst doctor in queens ,all he cares about is your money his work is horrible I did a root canal and crown he did not kill the nerve the crown fell off and the worst part is the pain that I had to live with for several months before i switch to a more professional doctor.

He should not be rated.very mean and rude dentist I have ever seen.Don't know how to treat the patient.Once he is done seeing the patient his job is done.He is not cooperative sharing information with another dentist he referres.Very mean!!

The dentist is FANTASTIC! the staff is a friendly as well. They tell you what's happening without making you feel bad or ashamed. The one star less is because of their billing. $5 for any bill paid with a card then on top of that $5 per charge. Two charges end up being the initial $5 plus $10 for the two charges for a total of $15 extra to your bill. If they fix that it'd be 5 stars and more recomendations to friends/family to go there. Great doctor as well with staff , very kind and explained everything that had to be done . Good reasonable prices as well !! will totally recommend

The fill-up came out in less than a year which for we paid $425 cash.

Went in for tooth pain, DR.S found the root of my pain and took care of it.My extraction took 30 seconds,painless during visit and painless with healing.i barely needed my Motrin .He is amazing and the prices are cheap.$160 for X-ray and extraction without insurance.

Super clean and organized dental office! Girls are friendly too. My appointment was at 11:00am and had to wait 15 minutes (not too bad). I only had a basic dental cleaning but I was happy that Dr.Shahabuddin removed all the tartar behind my teeth. Will definitely be going back!

Both my husband & I got our teeth "cleaned" here. Neither of us had any tartar scraped off our teeth & we both felt like our teeth weren't even cleaned. It was basically like having someone brush our teeth for us. Not a true dentist

3 weeks ago I made an appointment at Dr. Mohammed Shahabuddin located in 30-04 36th Ave Longisland City 11106 I was scheduled for an appointment at 10:30am I arrived on time for my appointment but unfortunately wasn’t seen until 11:00am because the doctor and the receptionist arrived late. Dr Shahabuddin checked me out and told me I needed a root canal, he removed the nerve and put a temporary filling, he told me to come back next week to finish the procedure. The following week I called the dental clinic to reschedule my appointment because I travel for work, I was assigned to lead out of state so there was no way I could make this appointment. I called numerous times, nobody answered. When I returned from my trip the temporary filling came out, as expected. I contacted the clinic and re scheduled my appointment the receptionist told me they wouldn’t be able to see me until next week. So I asked her if they can fill in my tooth until the time of the procedure the receptionist checked with Dr Shahabuddin she said "Okay come in tomorrow at 10:30am" I arrive to the dental clinic the next day at 10:30am the receptionist makes me wait 15 mins after waiting 15 mins the doctor comes out and says “you were supposed to come 3 weeks ago you didn’t come now you ask for a temporary filling to not come again?” I was livid I said “Excuse me? I tried calling to reschedule nobody answered” He shrugged his shoulders ate his apple and said “no I'm not doing it come in 2 weeks to do your root canal, you can go get a temporary filling from another dentist for all I care” I was livid , I complained to the receptionist and asked her why would you guys make me waste time off of work to make me come in just to schedule me an appointment? This is something I could have done over the phone. I looked at the doctor and told him my tooth hurt and I don’t want food getting stuck any other dentist would do it. He didn’t give a care in the world I felt helpless and most importantly I felt uncared for. He was extremely unprofessional, and didn’t give a care in the world if I was in pain. I have been to many dentists in my life I have never been treated like this. I do not recommend this place to anyone, not only do they have poor staffing they make you wait, they do not answer their phone and above all they penalize you for missing an appointment. I had to take time off from work twice , the first I was there longer then I should have been and the second time was a waste of time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
