I am a new patient and was impressed that I got such great service. In just the first visit all test were ordered and all my questions were answered. I used to go to Cleveland Clinic. All they ever did for me was hassle me. I had to communicate on computer and never talked to my doctor. This is a much better practice.

He is a great Doctor , up on latest treatments . Very caring .

Doesn't do vaccines. Is almost impossible to get a hold of for prescriptions and appointment scheduling. Always behind schedule.

Never pick up their phone. Never call back. They close early. You call the doctor on call, and they cannot give a message to him.

I am a pharmacist and there is one thing that I know besides medication and that is a exceptional doctor. That is Dr Jayber is, a great physician, knows his stuff, fantastic bedside manners, willing to reach to great limits to find treatments for his patients . He really cares. His nurse Dawn is caring as well. Very bright, happy, professional and respectable. Holly is great as well . Family like experience. Dawn is by far an outstanding employee she goes above and beyond to help somebody. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here.

This place seems to be great so far. I wish we had more doctors like this one in the area. Dr is great and so aren't the staff but they are always extremely busy, so you have to have patience and trust the process. Also, if you plan on not following the rules and coming in with dirty urine this definitely isn't the place for you! There is a zero tolerance in my program and that only strives to make everyone do well and succeed further on. This place seems to be great so far. This place is a Joke period, if you like wasting your time this is the place......plan on being here beyond a hour and waiting about an hour before you go back and wait again. The receptionist/aid with black hair and glasses was rude. Getting them to tell you anything is like pulling teeth , after they tell you somethings wrong with your kid and makes you wait with worry, sorry but the doctor has a concern but you have to wait a week to see him? The most compassionate staff ive ever experienced. Dawn and Dr Jayber make me comfortable and I feel like family when I'm there....and Holly the office administrator is efficient and on her game! Christopher(patient) age 45

Dr. Jayber took such good care of me in the hospital and is now my primary care physician. Being an older person, I have seen many doctors over the years and Dr. Jayber is one of the best. He is very patient, doesn't try to rush through the appointment, and shows a genuine concern. Most important, he knows his stuff! He had "a pretty good idea" of why I was hospitalized and testing proved him right... after all the other doctors and specialists couldn't come up with a diagnosis.

I'm contemplating changing this to 1 star. There have been times where there have been patients in the sitting room that were told to come in, only to sit there for a very long time because they forgot they told the patient to do that. A person in my family is in Dr. Jayber's Suboxone Program for people who have opiod dependency. The first initial appointment you get to meet him but thereafter you only see a nurse. While she is a nice lady, she must be way too busy because she has messed up the subscription dosage twice. This wouldn't be such a big problem if it weren't excruciatingly hard to contact this office and notify them of the problem. And no, it doesn't matter if you leave them a message. If you have a problem and it's after hours then their after-hours line is of no use at all because the ladies will tell you that Dr. Jayber is the absolute only person who can help when it comes to this program and if it's not during office hours they will only reach out to the other doctor. You can only miss one appointment or they threaten to kick you out of this program - absolutely no excuse is worthy & you have to sign a legal agreement for missing the one appointment stating you won't miss again Or Else. My family members insurance kicked them off on their birthday in June for turning 26. He has not been able to figure out how to get insurance elsewhere, his work place told him he has to wait until January 2018 and so he sought counsel with Dr. Jayber's office on what he could do. In doing so they told him they have no idea what he could do and then made him sign another legal agreement saying he had to pay $145 at the time of his next appointment for that appointment as well as bring $125 to go towards his current balance there or else they won't see him anymore. This is a huge problem due to the fact that he is the sole money maker in his family with 2 children, a mortgage, many bills, and to top it off the very expensive Suboxone medication that has cost him $300 just a month ago to remain on this program to sobriety. These are only some of the problems and issues encountered on this path to a better life. Its a shame that this office acts like they care so much for their patients but then actively make it extremely difficult for these people to get help. These kinds of mind games and manipulations aren't good for the mind frames that people with addiction have. I'm contemplating changing this to 1 star. This man helped to save my life!!!

The “nurse”is actually a nurse practitioner, in case you read other reviews. She was instrumental in saving my friends life. He followed the rules and didn’t play around. Now he’s off the program and like he was before the bs. Excellent work! It ain’t easy.

He is a good doctor. He will spend enough time with his patients, making sure they understand what is going on and what the next course of treatment will be.

I am currently in Dr. Jayber's Suboxone program for treating opioid dependence. He has been extremely helpful and professional, it's clear that he is well-qualified and really cares about his patients. The nurse-practioner who manages the Suboxone program is probably the nicest and most positive person I've ever met.

Dr. Jayber is a wonderful, personable and caring MD. He is very articulate and well versed as a doctor. His office staff are equally as wonderful. I have been given great quality care and would recommend him and the office to everyone.
