My insurance company referred me to this neurologist. I was never contacted after 4 weeks of waiting. I ask the receptionist if she contacted me because I've been waiting for weeks on a phone call, and had to get their information from insurance company (which left me on hold for 30 minutes).She stated, " We do not contact customers because they often don't want to be seen." As a healthcare worker it alerted me hang up and get a new referral. Very concerned about, staffing, healthcare practices, and patient overload. Run Quick. I'd give a 0 if I could. Rude staff. Not willing to assist. They tell me to call back in 30 minutes knowing that they close in 15. Inefficient system with referrals. "Never received it" even though my doctor has faxed it 3x already.

I call them to to make appointment with dr. Ahmad shah Mohammad when I called them one of the employer by name maryam answer she so disrespectful rude she don’t know how to talk I’m happy from the doctor he’s the good Dr. I ask her for appointment she said I have to come on 19 January and make appointment with her in person so I ask her that’s COVID-19 that you told me the office is closed and now you want me to come there and make appointment on person what’s different between call or in person she put me on hold like 20 minutes then her manger talk to she was also so disrespectful to me she said we don’t care if you really need the appointment come in person and she sey sorry I can’t help u she hang up I call them to to make appointment with dr. Full of himself - it’s more about Dr Ahmed, he is more talk, talk, talk Not real substance and nothing new

My husband suffers from severe memory and cognition deficit from numerous concussions playing Division I College/Football. The severity caused him to have to retire prematurely from his financial industry career. I did extensive, comprehensive research to find a medical expert who had the knowledge to address these life altering medical issues. Dr. Ahmed is that expert! We moved halfway across the country to be his patient. He is our answer and we are SO grateful he is my husband's doctor!
