Not sure about the Dr but they were too busy to allow their patient to call for a ride. Really??? you cant let a guy make a phone call for someone to come and get him??

Horrible experience. Dr. Khan did diagnose me with EoE, however after diagnosis and treatment not working, he had no further insight other that to “chew my food better”. He did not listen to my concerns and automatically deemed my issues “psychosomatic”. His office staff is terrible, they do not return phone calls and as a patient I had to be on top of them constantly as far as scheduling, and following up with test results. I have been dealing with chronic gastrointestinal health issues for 20 years and was told by this man that I was just “fishing for a diagnosis.” Go somewhere else, don’t waste your time. Find a doctor who will think outside of a textbook. Horrible experience. I love Doctor hes GREAT but staff is not . Thet need HELP

Great experience from the moment I called requesting an appointment as a new patient. I needed to be seen ASAP and his office accommodated me. The first office visit the doctor listened to me and in great detail explained the possibilities of my medical concern. Then he performed the necessary scope procedure and identified a real medical emergency, he called the ambulance and off to the hospital I went and within 1.5 hours I was in surgery. The doctor and staff here are terrible. I have been told to call the office on several occasions for help changing medications only to be ignored and treated very rudely by office staff. The doctor does not listen because he runs so far behind for every appointment. Do not compromise your health with this office. They simple do NOT care. The doctor and staff here are terrible. Dr. Khan is a fine gastroenterologist, but his staff needs training in basic customer service. I have been spoken to dismissively and in an argumentative way when simply trying over a 2 week period to obtain lab results. Even during my career as a teacher, I was trained that "the customer is always right." This office is not aware of this norm. Yes, they are severely under staffed. Which at first was a bit frustrating, but Dr Khan is the best GI specialist around. And once I was there, his staff took really good care of me. He is super nice and very thorough. I’d give him six stars if I could ????

Very nice doctor. Thorough and compassionate. Explains things in laymen language so people can understand what's going on with their bodies.

Ok first i had a angiogram done and I ended up with 2 stints and a balloon done on my heart he was very nice to me and did follow up with me but the staff is different they went above and beyond to make sure i was treated like family thank you sir

Dr. Muhammad Kahn is great, he's quick to make sure you are taken care of. His receptionist however, is lacking some intelligence. She put my name into the system spelled incorrectly, she doesn't understand basic questions, and is just plain incompetent and frustrating to speak to.

Unrelated to the doctor, was a nurse that was not friendly during prep. That's the only negative I can scrape up. At first, I thought, why a meeting with the doctor only to wait for the procedure later? Dr. Khan explained what would happen, what I needed to do for prep, made sure I understood everything including being at the hospital at 6 for an 8am appointment. He dresses kinda funny for surgery, and I'll be honest, I felt the most comfortable when he came in and greeted me just prior to surgery. I have a follow up in 30 days and good or bad, I feel confident that he has my well being at heart. To all my Jewish and Muslim brothers, this is a good man, I felt comfortable in his care, you can too. For the doctor I'd give 6 stars. His staff, all overly busy but seemed to be their best when I visited and to exception of the one nurse, all the hospital staff I came in contact with where exceptional from admitting to recovery. I have a follow up and again go back in 3 to 5 years because I had 4 polyps removed.. Feel a little weird and was really tired yesterday but awesome for what I went through.. very pleased..
