I went to a cardiologist for a checkup and he didn't even listen to my heart or perform any routine check.

Staff very helpful and friendly, doctors very interested about your health

Provider didn't consider the urgency of my situation. And required test even my insurance deemed unnecessary to determine cardiac clearance, delaying by weeks my needed medical procedure.

My appointment was for 9:00. Nurse came out about 9:10. She took my blood pressure and then did an EKG. She then said doctor would be in, in a few minutes. A little over an hour later the doctor came in. No apology for taking so long and the nurse also never came in checking on me or giving me any explanation as to why the doctor was taking so long. Then doctor told me my EKG look good and my heart sounded good. Once I got home I got my test results on MyChart. Results did not show what the doctor explained. I see my PC in a few weeks and be showing him my results and discussion I had with doctor.

New to this office and doctor. Long wait time to get into the building due to their covid procedures, and then some time to see the doctor. Waited in parking lot almost 30 mins until they said I could come inside.
