Absolutely terrible experience!! I called to ask for the address. The woman who answered the phone would not give me the address because they "were closing soon". I explained that I wasn't coming in as a patient. I wanted to come in to discuss a problem with a bill I received. I asked, again, for the address. She, rudely, said to me, "You're rude. Goodbye " and hung up on me! Even if I was rude, which I was not, that is TERRIBLE customer service!!! Dr Elmenini really needs to look into the people answering his phone!

Dr Elmenini really cares about you and your health. He will treat you like you are his family. If you really need to him for an immediate medical reason his staff will put you on his busy schedule. My husband and I highly recommend him to our family and friends

Best doctor out there with an awesome welcoming staff. A place where you can feel safe and being taken care of.

Worst clinic ever. Brought my mom to be seen by the doctor and before we even enter the exam room the front lady layla is being so disrespectful and so unwelcoming. The wait time was almost an hour and a half and when we entered the room another thirty minutes until the dr came. Dr was okay but was not attentive and downplayed our concerns. Definitely do not recommend this center. If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst clinic ever. Worse staff ever I called to get my mother’s test results they refuse to give it to me … they are unprofessional very rude especially Leila !!!

Very compassionate very thorough would recommend him to all my family members awesome. Explains everything and takes his time doesn't rush.

Lila is very professional and polite great, simple, organized, and easy service. Dr is great and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend!

This Doctor is amazing. They offer a large selection of different medical options to choose from including x-rays, blood tests, checkups, and etc. I really enjoy my experience here and I recommend that you come to this Doctor.

Dr. M. Elmenini is a very professtional knowledgeable, compassionate and caring doctor. Dr. Mohamed listened to what I had to say. He took his time with me to explain and answer all/any of my questions that I had. He is the best primary care doctor in southeast MI!

First Visit was positive impressed about his kindness and his professionalism.

Mohammad Elmenini is careless and rude. His main concern is how good is you insurance coverage. If you have basic coverage expect less. Instead of properly testing, he verbally insulted me in front of the student that he was training and sent me home with the wrong medication. Be careful.

I have been his patient for years. He cares about his patients and refuse to give unnecessary medication, he has very good bedside manners I wish all doctors were like him.
