Dr. Mohammad Reza Danesh

This staff is usually very rude, they are always in a rush. Either they are under staffed, or just rude, mainly both. They never have the specialists, that Denesh sent me to, his records from my visit, they personally tell me the time to the second they received the fax, no transmission errors. Then, when I come into an appointment, they have no records from the specialist doctor their own doctor sent me to. I see a lot of doctors, their staff is very sharp, thorough and extremely nice and professional. I guess you get what you pay for. as far as staff.

This place is a joke, they all have bad attitudes and don't help you out at all. They don't know what's going on, ever and when you talk to someone from the back you cannot understand them. They refuse to maintain my medical records and the office manger has said they were destroyed and refuses to request more from the specialist they referred me to for treatment. This has repeatedly cause delays in my ability to receive treatment for my physical durability.

Make you schedule an appointment for 3 weeks out tell you that you don't need to send in pertinent information (because receiving that is probably a liability for their office), put you on hold, take your money, put you on hold, get basic info, put you on hold, get the chance to tell them what you need because a better doctor is concerned about your health, remind you how little you matter, tell you good luck with your insurance company and hang up. I gave it one star because I have to chose stars. The office staff is horrible. They are rude, unhelpful and do not care about anyone! DO NOT choose this as a provider. They get their monthly payments for you but do not provide proper care or any appointments when YOU need them. AWFUL, AWFUL experience! I went to this office and providers for years and spoke with the doctor and office manager countless times and still no change in how patients are treated. I decided to take a chance and try this office the reviews are right the staff is very rude, unprofessional and do not care. They will hang up on you when placed on hold and also act as you owe them. My advice is to find another office that values and treats there patients like people because you won't find that here.

Absolutely had the worst experience here. Every time I came, Someone else saw me for the same problem so i had to explain my situation to 3 different doctors. Also, one of the attendants that does SSI, Erika, was completely rude to me and condescending. Horrible, horrible, horrendous! The staff acts like you owe them something! I was told I need surgery and the Dr set me up for surgery and never even looked at what I was complaining of! I’ve been doing to Dr Danesh’s office for a couple years now. I have never actually seen the dr only the PAs. I would say it 5 star care if you’re interested in sitting there for hours before being seen than after while you wait for any labs or referrals you may need. Definitely the worst doctors office imaginable… Why insurance companies refer to this doctors office who seemingly does not care about their patients is beyond me. Takes tons of phone calls and pulling teeth to get information you've paid for out of them. It happened to me months ago in my experience with them so I changed doctors with my insurance and now just had a repeat experience ( so much for the benefit of the doubt) when I had to take my husband to this Doctors office per our insurance as well. We are now in the process of switching doctors. The staff was unprofessional and rude and the doctors just laugh at you when you present them with questions and concerns they think are ridiculous .... My son and I have been going to Dr Danesh's office for over two years. I'm so glad I found them! I've never had a bad experience. Quality, caring and professional staff. Sometimes its difficult to get an appointment right away, but other than that great office!

Dr Danesh is great! My son likes him a lot. Made us feel at ease about our concerns. I also have positive experiences with the staff there. They are prompt and work as fast as they can to get you in and out. There are occasional confusion with referrals but it's always addressed and corrected promptly.

I had been going to Dr. Danesh's office for a while. It was always hard to get and appointment, a referral or to be seen by Dr. Danesh himself. I almost always saw a nurse practitioner or a PA. I only recall seeing the doctor one time in 5 years I had been going there. The last time, I was misdiagnosed when I had a spot on my back. The nurse practitioner diagnosed it as ringworm and gave me a cream that never worked. It wasn't until I switched doctors that I found I had skin cancer! Scary!!

Had to get a TB test done and the STUDENT punchered the needle while pushing it into my skin so he had to do my other forarm. I was told to come back in 3 days (which is a Sunday) and they are closed! So I wasted my time going Sunday and I had to go Monday to have my TB screening done & it was too late too have it looked at!! So they said I'd have to pay $25 all over again!! This office is horrible. I waited for my young daughter to bee seen for a broken arm and it took over an hour in the waiting room and ann hour in the medical room. They finally read her x-ray after having me wait 3 days (They never called me, I had to call them many times). I would give them zero stars but it doesn't give you the option. I was told that my birth control injection would be called into Walgreens, but then Walgreens told me that it's not covered under my rx plan and that I would have to go through my medical portion. I called back the doctor's office to let them know this. Ally told Me she would submit preauth through my insurance then. A little over a week goes by and I call to check up on the status. I was then told that Walgreens was to submit documentation indicating the denial to the doctor's office before preauth could be submitted by the doctor's office (this was news to me!). Walgreens told me that I just had to tell my doctor's office (which I did and did so over a week ago). So basically, no paperwork was sent from Walgreens supposedly and the doctor's office is now having to "resubmit" the preauth to get me my birth control, which will prob take another week or so!! I don't like the fact that you can never get them on the phone and once in the office having to wait over 1 hour to be seen also almost an hour waiting in the exam room. honestly my boyfriends family all have gone here as well as all my friends family, i recently received health insurance through covered california and DR Danesh's office has been so great to me! a little confusion with a new girl my first pap appointment. the woman dr they had that day seemed a lil quick to get u out the door but as long as u stand your ground as with any doctor AND ASK APPROPRIATE QUESTIONS you will get all your answers and there will never be confusion. receiving any and all my prescriptions has been so easy. appointments were quick and easy. and with my addict past, their office not prescribing prescriptions with the possibility of being abused is wonderful! Had an appointment around oct. 27th - had an allergic rash, scheduled appointment - took an hour before I was seen, another half hour in the actual room waiting around. I have a tumor I want to get removed, asked them right after my first appointment when the next SOONEST time they could see me, they said Nov. 28 - 1 full month to see a patient?!... whatever, it is flu season. Went in today, a full hour in the waiting room, and another 45 minutes in the room waiting, never saw dr. danesh. I walked out. I can't comment on the doctor's skills, but I can comment for the normal working citizen - if you want to waste time sitting in a waiting room go here... it's ridiculous. I think their problem at this place is they have one maybe two doctor's thats it, and won't hire more. At one point I was in the room after getting my vitals measured, and there was three other people all waiting in rooms for the doctor (this was after already waiting for an hour), some of these people had been in the waiting room for an hour, plus in the actual medical room for an additional hour. No apologies, no craps given about the lack of appointment times, physicians, and general waste of time. I paid $30.00 to wait, and I'm really looking forward to finding another physician who cares about people's time... I mean ... a one month waiting period to get an appointment? I then go back for him to get his shot, and they said he had a fever of 98.9, I felt his head and he felt completely fine, I asked them to do it again. and they refused. they also said not to bring him back til he is 1 year old. which is pretty whacky to tell me that when he is 6 months old.
