Dr. Ali takes copious notes and pays attention. I will bring up my concerns and he addresses each one. He is a no-nonsense doctor which is what I like. He 's friendly and professional. I'm happy that he has experience with the issues I've brought up so far because it's been a quick fix each time. I look forward to working with Dr. Ali in the future and I know I'm in good hands.

This office was the most incompetent office ever. They put me on Folic acid and Methatrexate and did not monitor my blood work. I kept asking for a requisition for the blood work and after the third request they didn’t not even send the right one. And on top of that, they sent me a letter from the “office manager” that didn’t sign it, asking me to find another RA Dr. unbelievable…. They quit me! Dr Ali Takes the time to discuss everything to me, such as why the blood test he orders is important to keep track of my RA. Dr Ali is very thorough and has the knowledge to understand and treat my very rare autoimmune disease. He always makes sure you get the tests needed for your care.

I was able to get in quickly for a new patient appointment. Other offices were telling me months out and I was able to see Dr. Ali within weeks. The staff was friendly. I'm happy to see that they are paperless and caring for our environment. They saw me even without insurance and they have really fair self-pay rates. The check-in process was super friendly. Dr. Ali's nurse was so kind to me. I came into the office not knowing what was wrong with me and left with an actual diagnosis and am glad there are treatment plans that will help me. Thank you for your time and support. I will be referring my friends and family to your office.

Every single time I come here I have a wonderful experience! I have a lot of health issues going on so it isn't always easy to find out what I have because everything unfortunately ends up adding together. The check-in process is super simple, and the wait time isn't bad at all. From the front desk all the way to billing with Helliette and Shawnda its always a pleasant experience! They were able to diagnose me, and luckily I'm doing much better! I definitely recommend them to patients, friends, and family!!

Dr. Ali is my 3rd Rheumatologist. He and his staff was the only ones to discover that not only did I have RA, but also a rare auto inflammatory disease called Still's. All my life I had been treated as if I was nothing more than an attention seeker by doctors. All of that STOPPED on my very first visit here. I had never had specialists who actually listen. Who take the time to sit down and really find out what is going on. I've been so used to being talked 'at' so when they wanted me to actually speak, I wasnt expecting that and got quiet for a minute, lol. As for us, we feel this place is an extension of our family. That is how deeply we trust this team. I've had several rough issues over the years, but they are always there to get us through them. Whitney Philips is like a breath of fresh air. Her bedside manner is reassuring and she let's you know that its gonna be alright. Ive never had any issue with any of the staff.

The lady who processes the forms so that I can get my biologics, between her and Whitney Philips, and Dr. ALI, they worked hard to get me a new biologic that literally saved my life a few years back! Their infusion center is new and comfy. Their infusion team are the best. They are there to.watch over you and make sure all.goes well, while checking to see if you are comfortable or if you need anything. The first infusion I had, it sort of reminded me of being on a plane....you know how in first class the stewardess makes sure that every thing you need is handled? Yep, that's exactly what it reminded me of, except for the airplane peanuts, though, lol. The lady who draws your labs....you will never meet a more genuine personable lady. She's been drawing my labs since the very first day I got there. She always makes me feel at ease and gets me distracted by some chit chat and then boom, it's over before I even know it started, lol. Hi office staff lost the referrals from my doctor three times. Very frustrating. I finally gave up trying to get an appointment because of their incompetence. I can’t believe they actually have jobs.

This review is for Ari Hardin. Had a encouraging office visit today with Ari Hardin. She was interested, engaging, and willing to explore treatment options. Picked up on several previously overlooked factors that could complicate my progress with R.A. and Chronic Gout. She carefully explained various appropriate treatments and took the time to listen to my concerns. I appreciated that her focus was on my needs as a patient and the discussion leading to recommendations and hopefully the eventual decrease in pain and my ability to lead a more normal life. Very encouraged!

I was referred to Dr.Ali by my Doctor in Clarksville. This was the best referral I’ve had. Dr. Ali is by far the most wonderful, caring, Dr. I have ever met. He listened to everything I said and heard everything I said. I had no idea what was wrong with me, until I met him. He said 4 special words to me that I will never forget and I quote “I will help you”. He did, he is now treating me, caring for my health, and the knowledge he has is amazing when it comes to RA. I would follow Dr. Ali around this planet if he were to move his office somewhere else! I don’t know how I would’ve made it without him and I thank the good Lord above for Dr.Ali in my life at this time. Thank you Dr.Ali , thank you!

I recommend Dr Ali. I discussed my medical proble. He entered info in computer and recommended 2 prescriptions on Wednesday. I went to my pharmacy to pick them up and only 1 was there. I tried to call his office to get the 2nd needed one. I COULD NOT get thru to a human. Only options were to leave a message for various staff. I left one for Dr Ali's nurse with request for 2nd med. No response. I called on Thursday and left message on another nurse line??? No response. I also entered request on refill line. On Friday I tried calling about 1:00 but office was closed. No response. Left another message on refill line. Cannot talk to a human at that office.

I have been a patient for over 3 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff, nurses and providers are helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I could see providers closer to home but choose to stay with CRS because I trust them to provide the best care possible. They have helped with insurance and prescription authorizations endlessly to ensure I received my medications and appointments on time. They work with my other providers wonderfully! I would recommend these providers to anyone!

Dr. Ali was very rude and demeaning to me. I am overweight, but he made the entire appointment about me being obese and stated that my disease is caused by obesity, as well as all issues I have related to my disease- everything is caused by my “obesity”. He told me I need to stop “laying around, eating sweets”. He wouldnt prescribe me certain meds, because they will just cause me to gain more weight, so I should just “forget about it”. I left in tears after my appointment, and no longer feel comfortable trusting Dr. Ali with my care.

Dr. Ali is a Godsend! After suffering for many years with chronic illness and side-stepped by many health care providers, I finally was referred to Dr. Ali! That is where my disease was given an official name and treatment. I am so thankful to Comprehensive Arthritis Care & Dr. Ali! I hope and pray that more Primary Care Physicians(PCPS), specialist( all areas) and PT, OT will be more open and eager refer to Comprehensive Arthritis Care for more detailed testing and Care. He and his staff have changed my life in a positive way.

I am a new patient, and I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Ali. He has personally called me to discuss my treatment plan. He did a great job easing my mind about complications.

I was not impressed with Dr Ali, He was very rude and never really looked at me. I felt like I was just a number to him and all he cares about is money. I refer patients to him and now that I am a patient, I am having second thoughts about referring patients to him. I am a person not just a number. Thinking about going to Vanderbilt. Not happy at all.

Dr. Ali is not terrible but also lacks talking to his patient than the computer. He always asks me the exact same questions and never truly has an answer for me. His office staff is terrible. I called to get my records from the office mailed to me since I live in Clarksville. I get a envelope in the mail and it has 3 pieces of paper in it. I paid $20 for them to half way do their job. They only send me my receipt and my last office visit notes. I also can never get a direct answer out of his st

Staff is extremely curtious and this was my 3rd vist today. Dr. Ali has been very helpful and seems to care, I have RA and Osteoporosis so he is being very diligent to make the management of these ailments tolerable.

I am so pleased with the care Dr Ali has given me thus far. I am just starting this journey...but he was able to confirm my diagnosis when no one else could!! I've been searching for 2 yrs!! Thank you Dr. Ali for giving a name to this demon I am fighting!! I thank God for you and your staff!

Dr Ali himself was very competent and professional. I questioned billing office as to why my consult had been coded as level 5 highly complex when I am relatively healthy and, although I waited over an hour to be seen, my actual consult was less than 10 minutes. Billing told me 25 pages of notes had been sent to be reviewed. My PCP office said just 2 office visit notes had been sent along with some labs. I paid the bill and asked about at my f/u visit but was told to leave. rating reflects

If it weren't for Dr. Ali I would still be crutches and unable to work. He told me about things my body was going through that I didn't realize until he told me. He treated the whole person. I can't say enough about Dr. Ali and his staff. They are friendly and polite. I recommend him for anyone suffering from arthritis or fibromyalgia.

Everything is great EXCEPT: 1. There is no actual "Nurse line" to choose when you call the office for questions that you may have or need answered BEFORE it becomes a potential /possible emergency. 2. When they take a message to give to the nurse, you have to call within the timeframes that they are open, not when YOU have time to call. 3. When the nurse calls you back, it is AFTER business hours. Then they leave a message telling you to call them back but you can't - see # 2....

I would not recommend for anyone to go see this Doctor or Mary Scalf that also works here. My brother is in severe pain and it has been 3 weeks and 4 days since his last appointment and he is yet to see a pain clinic that he was told they would send him to because they cannot help him. My brother called and asked about the referral and he was told by amanda that he was not her top priority. What kind of healthcare professional are you. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I gave it One Star because I had to. The original staff was beyond horrible. The only reason I stayed is because I didn't want to drive to Nashville. I have stage 6 Fibromyalgia and I was barely able to get out of bed. I had already tried Lyrica but it made me feel like my heart would stop. That's not his fault. But when I asked for something for pain, I was 2 MEDS, nexium & Paxil, he said I would have to go to pain mgmt. I'm not young anymore. I notified my PCP and he said He would take care me

I was diagnosed with RA in 2005 and recently returned from Fort Bragg after 3 years. I called to make an appointment and Amanda, left me on hold for 12 minutes, and then the office clerk, Tammy, refused to schedule an appointment. I asked to speak to the office manager, and Tammy hung up on me. I called back and Tammy hung up on me again. I have never in my life been treated so cruelly and I am in total disgust at how they have treated a military family. I would not recommend anyone here, ever.

I called to schedule an appt as a returning patient and was treated real nasty. They basically called me a liar, didn't bother to look into anything and hung up on me. Dr. Ali is a great doctor but his office staff lacks professionalism. I hope he is aware of this.

I really like Dr. Ali as a doctor, he is one of the best I've been to. He listens & really considers what the patient is saying. However, the office staff makes me want to find another doctor. I find them to be extremely rude, on the phone & in person. Its difficult to be in pain, be concerned about your health & be subjected to such a staff who treats you as if you annoy them. I do know I am not the only person who feels this way. This makes me concerned for his older patients who do need help.

Dr Ali and his staff are smart friendly and they listen One complaint about 2 months ago I couldn't pay my bill ($18) I lost my card and they didn't call to remind me of my app either I called and it was 2 days before and was told I couldn't make another one until I paid my bill and it was already in collection I also couldn't get my antidepressant refilled either I ran out and was in an awful shape Luckily my PCP filled it for me I received my bill & they charged twice for the same missed app.

I am a 50 year old woman who suffers from arthritis. I arrived at my first visit with Dr Ali with my x-rays and MRI results in hand. Within 5 minutes of my arrival Dr. Ali told me that I would be in a wheelchair by the time I was 60. He was very uncaring and rude, as was his front office receptionist. I left and never went back.

I was happy with him until I called the office today to get my tramadol refilled. My prescription was filled last Nov to be used for pain. I started working out again recently and the pain in my legs is bad enough that I ended up taking a dose after each workout. Kelly the nurse called me at work to say Dr. Ali said to go thru a pain clinic or my primary care doctor to get the prescription refilled. Why? He is the one who prescribed the medicine. Not very happy right now.

Dr. Ali is one of the great Dr. But that being said his staff is highly unprofessional people i ever worked with.

Dr. Ali is fabulous and couldn't be happier with him. His staf on the other hand I am extremely disappointed with. I have been waiting since Jan. 7th for them to fax to express scripts my prescription for Orencia injectable. I even called the office on the 13th. They told me they would get it right out. This is Sat. 1/23/16 and Express Scripts still does not have any order from Dr. Ali. This is not the first time this has happened.

Loved my visit here. Tracy F. sat down with me and actually listened and was concerned about my health. the ENTIRE staff was awesome. I highly recommend this office it's Doctor's and it's staff. after 15 months of looking i finally have answer's no one else could find or did not care to find. Thank you all so much Lynn B.
