Dr. Mohamed Dawood Vadva

I had a very bad experience here with the secretary in charge of making appointments. The lady doesn't have the slightest interest in helping you, she made me go back to my doctor twice to look for the reference and take it to her. She wanted me to bring her a huge file, something that I don't have to, I almost didn't go to the doctor until now. I need to see the doctor. the lady is racist. I am an American, she doesn't feel like dealing with you or helping you. I have nothing to say about Dr. Mohamed because I didn't have the opportunity to meet him, but I hope he puts someone nicer to attend to his patients.

Very Rude appointment scheduler, I had to start the whole referral process over.. due to their Mishandling my VA referral for community Care. If the office staff is a reflection of the doctor, I would keep my GI. Parts safe from this place.

Dr. Vadva is an amazing Doctor with great beside manner. His staff is very professional and prompt in their care for me and my family. Dr. Vadva was fantastic at explaining all of my results to me at my follow up appointment and even my findings after my procedure. I will strongly recommend him to anyone. Thank you for all you have done.

Can't speak about the doctor himself because I never got a chance to see him. His office misplaced two referrals that were sent by my PCP. Two days before my appointment I emailed the referral to their office for a third time. They called to cancel my appointment because they did not have all the necessary information. Apparently they are transitioning to a new process to accept referrals and for making appointments. Obviously there are some kinks to still work out. ***Update*** - Someone from the office called me the morning of my scheduled appointment to let me know the situation they were having and apologized. They worked things out and were able to see me at my original appointment time that afternoon. Once getting to the office they were very efficient and pleasant. It was my first visit with Dr. Vadva but he seems very qualified and knowledgeable. I have my procedure scheduled. Unfortunately, because of the initial confusion and hassle with losing my referrals, I am not able to rank above a 3. If those incidents had not happened, they seem to operate a 5 star facility. ***2nd Update*** - Procedure was completed without incident and very happy to have used Dr. Vadva. I would recommend him. I had a bad experience with him. I'm not shure if he didn't listen to me or his comand of the English language is so poor, he misunderstood, but eather way, it's extremely dangerous in a medical provider.

Dr. Vadva is an amazing Physician. His bedside manor in his office and for his procedures far exceed expectations. He listens to you and He honestly cares. I would highly recommend Dr. Vadva to ANYONE looking for Gastroenterology Physician. Your health is main concern and you will know and feel that after visiting with him. Thank you Dr. Vadva!!
