i was happy with my visit and anxious.to see how meds work..

I'm so grateful to have found Dr Schnapp. I finally have a doctor who will listen to me, repeat what I say to ensure he heard properly, educate me about what is going on in my neck, and provides a multitude of options for ways to deal with the pain. I don't feel rushed and I'm comfortable asking questions. My last pain doctor said there was nothing more he could do for me when three blocks in combination with physical therapy didn't work. On the other hand, when something didn't work with Dr Schnapp - he offered another solution to try (with back up options if it didn't work either). Great doctor!

I will continue to treat with Dr Snapps and refer others

Dr Schnapp is great! He listens and takes time to explain your issues and what can be done for you. I recommend him to my friends that needs his type of medical expert.

After years of pain every night it's finally gone I have been to six other Dr over ten years it only took Dr.Schñapp ten minutes to tell me what was wrong now I sleep like a baby

I love the way the nurse put me at ease before the doctor came in to diagnose my pain situation. I didn't feel like I was wasting my time. It was a rewarding experience and they are helping me to manage my pain levels.

Staff is very professional and genuinely care. Dr.Schnapp has a good bedside manner, he listens to you and he diagnosed a medical condition that my PCP had miss.

I have been a chronic pain patient for close to 20 years. I have been told by Dr Schnapp that if I was his child or sister he would advise that I go to Lakeside and detox and start all over. I am at the CDC recommendation already! He gave me a list of other pain clinics and sent me on my way. Very Compassionate! Insert Sarcasm. I am not an addict !

My experience was outstanding every visit. Quality medical care in the best interest of the patient. The doctors here don't have a problem listening to your concerns and spending time with the patient. I would recommend you all to any friends and family. Keep up the outstanding work you do.

Dr. Schnapp reviewed my records and understood the many problems I had experienced with chronic pain from arthritis and spine issues. Even upon examination, he explained things that he recognized as contributors to my pain. I was not a candidate for surgery and could not take non-steroids. Dr. Schnapp helped me with appropriate medicine, pain block therapy as well as ordering physical therapy. I received radio-frequency ablations after months of care, which brought great pain relief. Dr. Schnapp is compassionate and serious about improving quality of life. I am back to walking normally and enjoying my life. Many thanks!

I have been using Dr Schnapps for years. I moved out of state for a while and so missed seeing Dr Schnapps. I was so glad that when I moved back that I could get back in with him. He is an amazing Pain Specialist. He has done so much for me to be able to tolerate my pain. I was in a bad car wreck that really messed me up and was in a wheel chair for a while. If not for him I would not be walking today. I saw a review on here that says they are just a pill dispensary. That is untrue. Dr schnapps cares about his patients and is very nice and talks to you. Most Doctors don't. I would recommend Dr Schnapps to anyone that wants to better their lives. If not for him I know I wouldn't be able to handle what I went through. Thank you so much Dr Schnapps for everything you do for your patients. We really do appreciate you.

I saw Dr. Schnapp after years of horrible pain from multi level spinal disease. I’m inoperable. The radiating pain destroys my quality of life. Dr. Schnapp is my life saver. I really like him. He’s a most delightful person. He does not have time for nonsense. Those who are suffering with documentation of pain producing conditions, he’s compassionate and skillful. Dr. Schnapp is a pain specialist and identifies the pain source and can help with more than a pill! ?? Mays and Schnapp!

My husband drove an hour and cancelled another dr. appt. and was sent home without his nerve block because he was taking antibiotics. All they had to do was tell him upon scheduling the nerve block that he cannot be taking antibiotics at the time OR the person that called to confirm his appointment could have checked OR the person checking him in could have checked. A waste of time! We will not be going back!

I found Dr. Schnapp to be very intelligent and knowledgeable and was looking forward to having him help me with my pain. Unfortunately, he could not help me and I am having to live with a great deal of pain.

Dr. SCHNAPP told me to tell my M.D. to wing me off of my pain meds then therapy.Sounded good in reality I wasn't able to do this.The past year I had taken myself off of 50mg.pain patches. My body wasn't over that yet.Tried to do what Dr.Schnapp ask but the 1st time my pain meds were lower I wasn't able to drive or do physical therapy.I had to cancel.After this I was told by his office I hadn't went to therapy so no appt. No referral.Couldnt is not a refusal.Staff was cold,uncaring&heartless.

Very Sorry to say this, but this is a dying practice. Not a place for a person looking for help. Only a pill dispensers for those that don’t care to improve their way of life. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Very sad and I’ll never go back.

Dr Schnapp is absolutely the most impressive, knowledgeable, kindest, understanding neurologist/pain management doctor imaginable. He is the kind of doctor who does everything he can to help me. When no other doctor could help me, Dr Schnapp surpassed all expectations for that the last 18 years!!

I will never go back and see him again. He told me to smoke marijuana for my migraines! Okay since that is illegal in this state. So I guess I am suppose to find a drug dealer on the streets. Bed side manor was awful! I left in tears. For a Dr who says he suffers with migraines he has no compassion for others.

I went to for my first lumbar nerve block. Dr. Schnapp did a brief, but patient and attentive introductory exam and detailed the next steps. I waited in back with some sweet, professional nurses until the procedure. He did a scan and found that I have a transitional spine and entry point for the needle had to be lower. Not knowing what to expect after he said tailbone, I braced for the worst. The procedure lasted maybe 3 mins and it was over. I was released and pain was relieved. Thank you team

This doctor has no bedside manor. On out first visit my wife went in the room with me. She asked a question and Dr. Schnapp told her I'm the doctor, I don't need you to ask me question. I visited him three times and I could not stand his condescending rude behavior. He performed a spine epidural that I got absolutely no relief. I'm 71 years old and have been treated by numerous doctors. Dr Schnapp by far is the worst doctor I've ever seen!!!
