I went to a neuro and tried a bunch of different medications to fix the issue and then was sent here. Idk if the dr assumes that I was still taking all of that medication or what it was just a list of the things I tried then she put a negative remark on my medical record I had a funny feeling about it so I requested a copy my gut feeling was right to get it because she did she stated she thinks this patient is doing to much medicine or something along those lines. Not true!
