I had an appointment that I drove 1 hr and 10 minutes to see him and waiting months for this appointment. I got there 4 minutes late from the 15 minutes window due to traffic and he did not wanted to see my daughter. Sad to see that the time is a lot more important to them than grace and taking care the health of a child. This was a 5 year old that he refused to see. He didn't rejected me, he rejected my 5 year old special need daughter. The only option he gave us...was to wait in stand by all day to see if a cancellation happen Thanks God now I get to find a doctor outside this children hospital for her needs. It is very sad for me to see my little been refused service for 4 minutes after the window time. I had an appointment that I waited for more than a month, then drove 1 hr and 10 minutes to get there 4 minutes late from the 15 minutes window due to traffic and he refused to see my daughter. It is sad that these doctors spend year learning, to then lost the sence of grace and mercy and take care the health of a child. 4 minutes late...The only option he provided was to wait all day to see if anyone cancelled. Very sad and never going back. Looking outside of the Children hospital for my daughter's needs. I have not words.

May be brilliant doctor, but arrogant and condescending attitude. Misdiagnosis led to chuld missing 6 weeks of school; solved 6 years later on own. Will NEVER go back. Rude nurse topped off whole nightmare at each visit. Neither would listen to parents or child, constantly interrupted. We normally love PCH docs but avoid this one at all costs.
