Dr. Mitchell W. Madden

I would like to start this review out by saying, that if you are in search of great, strong and reliable care for your babies or children, look no further. I have been bringing my Son here since he was born. He is 7 years old now and we have continued to receive the best medical care for my Son all these years. Dr. Madden and his amazing team are always there for my Son and always go above and beyond to make sure he is cared for. I love this Doctor's Office with my whole heart because of the care and concern they have for my child as well as the respect they have for me as his parent. Thank you Dr. Madden and his wonderful team.

Today we don’t feel Dr. Field is honest and trustworthy as a care provider for our new born baby that’s why we have changed the provider to new one. I think it’s unfair to be provider if you are don’t listen/care about your patient especially the new born ones!

Dr. Madden is amazing! We use him for all 5 kids since they were babies. He has great care and concern for his patients. Lobby is clean and nurses are so friendly and get you in and out.

This has to be the worse office I have dealt with. I have been with Dr. Madden for my daughter for almost 11 years. He is a wonderful Dr! I have been trying for almost 2 months now to get her records and transfer her to another Dr. I have tried calling and I'm on hold for over 15mins with STILL no answer. The new Dr office has called and same thing! It's as if NO ONE works the office. I was told it would take up to 2 wks to get the records! Now I am forced to drive over 2 hrs just to get her physical at this office. Now after 2 hrs of trying to reach someone, I get a person with a nasty attitude telling me shes the only one answering the phones. From 9 am to 11am it took me to get in touch with someone. OF COURSE I get the same answer. "I'll look into this and get back to you or give it to my office mamanager." I never had an issue before until trying to transfer my daughter out. I will never reccomend anyone to this doctor office again! Let me add though that Dr. Madden is amazing! Never had issues with him per say but his staff?! YALL NEED NEW PERSONNEL! I have been taking my kids to Dr. Madden since my first was born 24 years ago. And my youngest (11) still sees him. He has been my ped for all 3 of my kids.

Dr Madden is amazing! Really listens to our concerns.

The front desk is always pleasant, helpful and so accommodating with the schedule, which is very helpful when you have 2-toddlers and trying to make 1-visit. The nurses are also very sweet with the kids. Dr. Mitchell Madden is just fantastic with my kids and just a great doctor. I am so happy to have him as the pediatrician for my children. He listens and is very thorough and informative. I am at ease because my kids are in great hands. I dont know what happen.. My son has been going to dr. Madden since he was born.. Hes 5 now.. Dr still great but the staff is horrible.. Rude and will waste ur time.. They need to be replaced.. From the receptionist to the med assts.. I cant believe its like this now.. Sooo disappointed!!!!

Loved Dr. Madden, but his office staff is disgustingly rude and insensitive. Just sat in the waiting room for 45 min while 5 kids that came in after us were called back to be seen. We were a few minutes late due to car trouble so they basically skipped over us completely and took everyone else that kept coming in after. Love Dr. Madden, he is just great! But the staff - receptionist and medical assistants - are just the worst I have ever have to deal with! The new receptionist is even worse than the last one...if that's even possible! Time to replace the personnel to make sure, us the patients- receive good service.

Dr. Madden is always so nice and his staff as well. Personally I have loved this office.

We have been taking our daughter to Dr. Madden for 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say about his practice. I know that the recently switched from associating with Florida Hospital to Orlando Health so this may have caused issues with some folks insurance. I have had better experiences with Orlando Health and prefer them to Florida Hospital so this this is a plus for me but others may not think so. We have been taking our daughter to Dr. Madden for 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say about his practice. Dr Madden is wonderful!!! He is super calm and positive and puts both me and my baby at ease. He makes me feel comfortable and like I'm doing a great job. He has a great personality and great vibe and I trust him completely!

After reading some other reviews on here I was shocked. The things that happened to them are terrible of course and definitely not what I want out of a Dr. However everyone has their own experience and so for us it has been a positive one. Dr. Madden is pretty laid back. He is not an alarmist which when dealing with children is a huge plus. He is very thorough and speaks to my child in a very respectful manner. My son is shy and often gets nervous around people but loves going to see Dr Madden. His staff are very good as well. The girls up front have been there forever and know what they are doing. I will say I'm not a huge fan of the other two doctors at this location but they are not bad. They are very good in a pinch when Dr Madden is out but in our family we preffer to stick with what we know and like and that is Dr. Madden. The waiting room and patient rooms are clean. Definitely would recommend in my opinion. After reading some other reviews on here I was shocked. We’ve been going to Dr. Madden since my son was born, six years ago. Dr. Madden has always guided us through my sons medical needs, ensuring he gets the care that he needs. He is so great with kids. My son loves to go see Dr. Madden. We’ve only experienced pleasant and competent staff and have never had an excessive wait, even when needing a same day sick appointment. We LOVE Dr. Madden. I am sitting here in tears after this office & this doctor has seen my son for 10 years. I received a certified letter 3 months after the apparently made the decision to no longer see him via certified mail. How insensitive of this establishment. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!! I have had many issues with this office but I stuck with them because of my son's different medical issues. With no notice or time to find another physician he is let go, without thought of the many medications he need monthly just removed from his childhood dr. without a call. Dr. Madden you should be ashamed OF YOURSELF! Our family doctor's have all become big business, we are no longer people but a chart. Dr. Madden is a fairly good pediatrician & I would recommend him to friends & family. But be aware of his supporting nurse & administrative staff. Dealing with them ALONE would make you feel like you are a burden to them & they are rude. They act as if they don't enjoy what they do & give patients attitude in return. If it wasn't for Dr. Madden - I would send my child elsewhere for health check ups.

Love Dr. Madden. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to relate to boys. Both my boys have been seeing him for around 8 years. My oldest just turned 18 and I will miss having him go there!
