I have been a patient Dr Liester since 2012. He is a very professional psychiatrist with an exceptional personality that takes the time to understand his patients.

I didn't necessarily like him at first, but that was when I was 19 & not so personally forthcoming, so I had stopped seeing him. He didn't press issues at much, which was what I needed at the time, so depending on what you're looking for, he may or may not be as helpful in his therapy style. Years later, I needed a psychiatrist & his name came up & I really liked him then. Probably because I had matured more. Of course, I used his services to manage my medication. So, depending on what you're looking for, he may or may not be the best option for therapy style.

I’ve worked as a patient with Mitch Leister off and on for +10 years. Beyond his skills as a well trained psychiatrist in the disappearing tradition of talk therapy (meds are a last, not first, resort), he’s prepared to open doors to deeper realms of consciousness and extraordinary experience. He’s both guide and practitioner of techniques for tapping the healing wisdom and awareness within us. An extremely perceptive and empathetic man, with an encyclopedic knowledge of historical trends and leaders in the fields of psychology and, for lack of a better word, consciousness. I strongly recommend Dr Mitch Leister. He’s the rare medical provider about whom I can only offer praise, and say nothing critical.

He is very helpful and works with you on finding solutions. He doesn't force medications but takes time to talk through them with you. I would recommend him to anyone working through mental disorders.

I have seen Dr. Liester for many different problems. He has always been very helpful working through any issues or problems that I might be experiencing.

Excellent doctor for both psychiatric meds and therapy - a rare combo in this field. Liester is timely with returning phone calls, rarely changes scheduled appointments, always positive and knowledgeable. Keeps up with current movement in his field - always has some updated info in relation to your pertinent areas of concern. Understanding with therapy yet straightforward with necessary input. Always personable; very intelligent! A keeper!

Simply the Best, competent and compassionate. Dr Liester is in high demand but well worth the wait to become one of his patients.
