I have never been there but I called to make an appointment but they literally told me they are not accepting patients.

Terrible doctor. Called 5 times in a week with no response. Then when he calls back it's so rushed because he has other patients. No time spent to really get to what's going on with me. Oh hear is a magic pill.

I saw him for regrettable 11 years. Terrible phsychiatrist, terrible patient management and medication management. He continuously prescribed large doses of medications that made other medical conditions worse, always had to call for refills several times as he would forget medications. Misdiagnosed me and refused to change my medical records. After 1 incident of not being able to attend an appointment due to high gas prices( I live 45 mins away). I had discussed finding a new Dr. closer to home and asking if he would manage my medications until I found one, He refused to see me anymore and left me with no medication refills, although I was told by his assistant I had 30 days sent to pharmacy I did not. I've spent several weeks calling to get my medications, the stress of trying to find a Dr. And scared I would run out of my medications lead me to believe his actions are unethical, unprofessional, and down right cruel. I'm not a victim, I'm a patient that was treated shamefully. I do not recommend his "care". I saw him for regrettable 11 years. I would leave negative stars if I could. I would never trust this provider with my family or myself. He was 90+ minutes late to our virtual appointment and just had excuses and didn't apologize. I could tell it was the very first time he was looking through the extensive paperwork that they have you send in ahead of time. He made awkward jokes that were inappropriate if he had taken the time to look at the paperwork. He made assumptions, talked over me, didn't listen, was impersonal, and was basically just checking boxes for insurance. Do not go to him, please trust me. It is hard to find care in this area, but Goldstein is not the answer.

This guy yelled at my at the beginning of my session for thc use. I never told him i do thc. And i went to him, not vice versa. Hes a nightmare .

He attacked me right out the gate. Horrible session, poo poo tinky.

If it’s possible give a lower score I would. After being a patient for 6 months with this doctor, my eyes have been opened on how the mental health community is ran. I have good..actually great insurance. Counseling is covered under my insurance. While Dr. Goldstein was quick to diagnose me with a multitude of disorders as well as write script after script for medications we could try, counseling appointments that I begged, called, cried about during sessions with him went unanswered. He promised me a call would come soon on when to set up appointments but that never came. No matter how much I called his office, spoke to him there was always an excuse why I was unable to have a counseling appointment. The trouble is not my insurance. I’ve spoken with them many times. The problem is Dr. Goldstein and his staff. If it’s possible give a lower score I would. Dr. Goldstein has always listend and showed respect. Always makes sure your questios have been answered and you understand them.

His entire office is a complete joke. From his staff to him, they care as little as possible for the patient.

Dr. Goldstein is a compassionate, infinitely patient, and brilliant physician. At a time when psychiatrists and other mental health professionals are refusing to accept insurance because of the endless conditions and exceptions insurance companies place on reimbursing care, Dr. Goldstein and his staff put in the extra hundreds of hours to help patients get reimbursement after patients pay the deductible. He is really an unsung hero and humanitarian in his profession.

We have had Dr. Goldstein for about 15years...There are not enough stars on here to give him the review he deserves! He is 110% fantastic with my son!

Dr. G is down to earth and knowledgeable, and his staff is top notch , especially Donna. Wait times can be long but cmon sometimes people need help and thats what he's there for

Extensive wait times and the lady answering the phone (Donna) is extremely rude and should not be working in customer service
