Dr. Mitchell B Austin

I saw Dr Austin yesterday, and was stunned by his mistreatment. He wasn’t wearing a mask, so I said I assumed he was vaccinated. He immediately became angry, and said he wouldn’t share his medical history with me. I asked him to wear a mask, and he replied he didn’t have to. The office website says everyone needs to be masked. He eventually got a mask and then asked sarcastically, “ Do you feel better now.” It was appalling. He did diagnose my issue, and treated it, but I will not be returning.

I've seen many ENT's in my lifetime trying to figure out why I couldn't breathe. Dr. Austin was the ONLY ENT who found the issue and did so in my first few minutes in his office. He did the 3 surgeries I needed in less than 30 minutes and I was feeling better within days. He is knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and gentle. He explains the process and makes it his goal to get you better. I HIGHLY recommend him. My family of 5 sees him. He treats adults and children and does a fantastic job with both.

Needed a pediatric ENT for child's ear problem and was fortunate to find Dr. Austin working out of the new facility on Harden Blvd. Was able to get in to see him quickly. He was patient and thorough with answering all of mom's questions. I highly recommend him if you need an ENT for your child.

I had a out patient procedure done on my ears. I was terrified, but he walked me through the whole thing and made sure to answer all question I needed. I definitely recommend this doctor to ANYONE having an issue with Ears! ????
