As one of very few Drs that treat patients with my condition, I wish this office would treat me and my time with respect. I drove quite a long way in traffic, dealt with the parking nightmare, finally walked from a garage .75 miles away to be told I had no appointment this morning. I showed my previous papers showing my scheduled appointment. The receptionist kept changing the story that there was probably a family emergency “or something”. She said a voicemail was left for me… there was not. Then she said I was scheduled next week- an appointment I neither made nor can attend… who does this?! This office manager needs to be aware that cancellation calls ( perhaps try texts??!) are NOT being made. What a shameful disregard for condition, my time, my gasoline cost,etc. Very disappointing. Dr Miller is great! She takes her time and sits and listens and is very professional. I highly recommend!

Definitely pass on this provider. She was my Doctor at University of Colorado for a MOHS surgery last year. She is incompetent and irresponsible.

Her staff is absolutely terrible! Every appointment was rescheduled on short notice or day of! With a 2 hour travel time they "moved" appointment again without notice. Instead of fixing mistake and being apologetic . Completely disgusting people in that office!
