Difficult to understand.... Sorry

It is very difficult to get refills approved. The front desk staff are very unconcerned about my concerns.

Dr. Rivera is a very caring doctor. Sometimes patients do have to wait beyond their appointments time, but that is because Dr Rivera is very thorough and makes sure the patient is heard out and understands the doctor's diagnosis. She will give the patient all the time needed. She helps with acquiring whatever the patient needs in the way of prescriptions, equipment, etc.
