very good experience. Dr. Lee was on time, friendly, explained everything and was appropriate in every way. the negative reviews surprise me because Dr. Lee was very good with me.

This woman was AWFUL to me and had such an attitude!! I am not shocked at these reviews by others. She needs to be talked to. If you are a young female patient do NOT see Dr Mina Lee. You will be reminded of high school again when the popular girl was mean to you.

This doctor is awful. I saw her because I was about 25 years old (29 now) for urinary frequency and intense bladder pressure that was ruining my life. I was going to the bathroom 20 times a day. Was given the impression I was too young to be there, and she made me feel it was a mental issue honestly. During the urodynamic testing I cried as the pressure began to get worse. She said “ you shouldn’t be crying you can hold more in your logs I told you I was going to push you. “ I said I was in so much pain and she said “well if you can’t even handle this than we can’t do the cystoscopy “ ... shouldn’t that mean I need the cystoscopy if there’s a red flag with the amount I can hold / pain within the urodynamics !? I was sent with a pelvic floor physical therapy card and all I got the entire time was attitude. I am now 29 diagnosed with IC and endometriosis of the bladder that was recently excised. I regret not speaking with anyone before I left, but people need to know this.

Dr Lee is very friendly and professional. Like another post, I had an out-patient procedure, during which she communicated well what she was doing, as well as what I could expect to feel at each stage. I have no complaints.

Dr. Lee was very professional with a kind and cordial bedside manner. She explained my outpatient procedure thoroughly up front and made sure to answer my questions and alleviate any concerns. During the procedure, she asked multiple times to make sure I was feeling alright (as much as could be expected), explained what she was doing while she worked, and chatted about work and family to keep my mind distracted. Her long fingernails got in the way during an invasive office procedure. She had to go get another Dr. to complete it, but not before spending a considerable amount of time "fishing around" and causing irreparable lifelong nerve and tissue damage. She was cold, uncaring and more worried about her looks and image than that of her patient.

This woman has zero empathy and cares about her looks more than her patients. I saw her last year (25 y.o), and she kept making me feel like being there was all in my head because of how young I was. I was suffering from severe urinary frequency (now diagnosed with IC). I have never written a review on any professional but this needs to be said. She performed urodynamics on me and I started to cry. She yelled at me for crying and told me “I shouldn’t be crying. Why are you crying ?” . I was very vulnerable, uncomfortable, and in a lot of pain. I wanted her to stop the urodynamics 3 times but she kept telling me I should be able to handle it. I was balling my eyes out and pretty much needed to yell at her to stop. It baffles me how bedside manner doesn’t even need to exist in this field. She told me “we clearly can’t perform what we need to if you’re going to act like this you can’t handle it”. Who talks to a patient that way? She just diagnosed me with a tight pelvic floor and referred me to a physical therapist. My biggest regret was never talking to anyone before I left the building that day because she is extremely unprofessional. No doctor has ever made me feel so uncomfortable in their presence.
