Dr. Mikhail J Artamonov

I had a herniated disc around 7 years ago.He put a shot in my spine and healed me.i never ever had pain since then He was super cool,, also the staff was super nice I remember He had a Cuban Nurse guy and all was great.I don't know why people complains.All I have is Eternal gratitude to the guy.other doctors want me to do a surgery.

Dr A is great but lady at desk (voice on answering machine)is reason I stopped going don't like her attitude tried to charge me $30.00 for a no show being that I don't own a car because I cannot afford one I have an insurance provided driver that the company was short handed and needed to employ new people and made things difficult for a while unbeknownst to this woman who answers the phone I was waiting for this company to show up and they never arrived because of this $30 I canceled future appointments and she says I'll let Dr A know well make sure he knows it was because of you ,you fantastic secretary you. Perhaps give people more than 3 min to read consent about $30 before they pull you in back or maybe make a note of it on office wall and maybe one would also be more inclined to call if late if someone answered the phone most times and was very aggravated to have office manager tell staff to call my cell because I was not there yet and most times not only do I show but I'm usually early and I hear her bellowing in the background about the $30 fee smh

He & I had an argument about my medication. I couldn’t find this particular med & tried to tell his assistant this several times. It would literally take me days to find it. 6-7 pharmacys. Finally I had a breakdown & he turned me loose. You never see him. Only whey there’s expensive procedures to be done. Which last about s week. He’s a sect enough man. But, a terr dr.

Terrible operation here. I've arrived to appointments early, been turned away and told the doctor had left for the day. I've received appointment confirmation calls 3 times for the same appointment, and then have them call and cancel my appointment with no response back to reschedule. After my third appointment, I received a letter in the mail stating that they don't accept my insurance and I owe them money. It is my privilege to write this review on behalf of Dr. Mikhail Artamonov and his staff because almost a decade ago when I became a patient, my life of chronic pain finally changed for the better. I have a pain disorder that was very difficult to diagnose. I had countless exams over my life with a variety of specialists who could not pinpoint my actual disorder. Finally, thanks to Dr. Artamonov and his vast training and in-depth knowledge, I am receiving the care and treatments I never knew existed before becoming his patient. Though my condition is permanent, he attends regular training for the newest technologies available today including participating as a certified physician in the state’s Medical Marijuana Program. He and his staff are equipped to perform all the latest diagnostic tests and procedures available in spine and pain management. From healthcare related issues to scheduling, billing, and every department I have had occasion to communicate with, the staff is extraordinarily professional and makes me feel like a part of a family. Dr.Artamonov is very professional and caring doctor. I was suffering from finger pain long time. After Dr. Artamonov did injection pain was gone. I was so happy to get rid of it. I greatly appreciate his help. I definitely recommend Dr. Artamonov to my family and friends.

If I could have made it zero stars I would have! My husband went to him when his office was still on 447, he was looking for pain relief. A Cortisone Shot was discussed, and he gave him one so quickly Dr didn't even bother to clean the skin or wipe with alcohol on his wrist. The shot hit a nerve, I guess that is what happens when your in such a hurry. On leaving the building Dr Mikhail was having a very vocal hissy fit and yelling at his staff. I have been here for over 4 months now and I have not received any of my pain medication and I have not had any of my Epidaurals. The only relief in sight was medical marijuana which I registered for and paid $250 They said they are sorry but they forgot to register me for the medical marijuana program that I paid $250 for. So now I am stuck in so much pain that I cannot go anywhere or leave the house at this point and I just found out that I will have to wait 2 or 3 more weeks now for relief so I am extremely depressed. I have been waiting the arrival of the card every day because the doc wont prescribe my medication and the doctor will not give me any or perform epidurals. His office just called me today to let me know they forgot about me. How I have been bed ridden for over a week now and have not eaten in 4 days and I am facing on emergency Room trip after being treated. He is an excellent doctor and definitely knows what he is doing. He minimized my pain and God knows the pain I suffered daily was unbearable! Thank you Dr Artamonov for all your help!

Dr. A has always been such an amazing doctor and treats all his patients with the same respect. I have never met a doctor who cares so much. & as for his staff they're all wonderfully and friendly and will do everything in their power to make sure their patients are satisfied. Excellent office and staff.

better than even expected. very nice office - cozy, friendly, clean. DrA quickly scheudled me for the injections - unlike prior ones those helped tremedously. Explained about how to prevent it from coming back and designed the home exercise plan. now asting time - right on the money.

I have been seeing Dr.Artomonov for approximately 3 years now and my knee pain continues to subside on a monthly basis. His treatment is very effective and i highly recommend his expertise to anyone looking for pain relief.

This doctor is horrible and ignores what praying procedures and medications were working for you. I went from fully functional it Stanford hospital in California and now after moving over here I am bed ridden. This doctor is horrible and will inject you with things that will not work at all and he will tell you so before he even injects you. Yes me what my most president pain was and I said neuropathy to my groin and feet and he said well this won't help much with that but let me know.

I went from having a fully functional life in California being treated at Stanford pain clinic one of the best pain clinics in the country and now I am bed ridden after seeing this doctor for a couple of months. He would not listen to what Stanford was doing and would not do what Stanford was doing and will not give me the medication Stanford was giving me so now my life is total shit and I will have to go to the emergency Room or else I will never get out of bed.

Finally I found a doctor worth going to! Doctor was super informative with the treatment plan and staff was super friendly! Recommend!!

I’ve been seeing Dr A for a few years now, and the office has definitely gotten worse over time. Wait time for appointments are horrible, most of staff are incompetent, getting med refills in a timely manner is non existent. The doctor himself is great but his staff are the worst! In the process of finding another pain doctor.

I absolutely love Dr. Artamonov. He is extremely knowledgeable. His is very caring and compassionate. He will get to the root of your problem. His staff on the other hand is not knowledgeable about office procedures or the compassion of his patients. When I first started going to him the office staff was excellent. Perhaps because his practice got so large it has changed tremendously. I try to reach someone with questions and was promised a return call That day but doesn’t happen!

I would love to leave a review of this Dr., but so far, I've been trying to get an appt since June 2018, my referral was sent along w/records and I even hand delivered some other papers he may not have rec'd from referring Dr. I had an appt down the road stopped in to check on status. Girls checked said yes all is here and even gave me a New Patient form to fill out that was over 3 weeks ago. I called, we'll get back to you. Either something fishy is going on there or they are incompetent.

Not my first visit here. Hurt my back recently. Dr. A did a thorough examination and diagnosed the problem. He initiated treatment that same day and I felt relief almost immediately. This doctor has a very busy schedule but even though I was able to schedule appointment with! He is very compassionate, knowledgeable and truly an expert. He doesn't make you wait and doesn't order unnecessary tests. Highly recommend.

I have been under the care of dr Artamonov since 09. He is an outstanding dr he listens and actually hears what i have to say. Prior to being under his care i went throu about 6 diff dr whos only solution to my pain was narcotics. Im from a gen that isnt looking for inst satisf a slow path to a positive outcome is just fine and now it seems the good Dr and i are on that path to eliminating or atleast managing the pain to the point of it being very bearable thanks doc ur the best j verona

Will be looking for a different Pain Mgt. Dr A is nice & seems competent. His staff on the other hand, not so much. Constantly given wrong information. Appointments canceled for their failure to get preapproval from insurance company, failure to send in prescriptions as promised. How can a doctors office be run like this?

Over 2 hour wait in a room filled half with what look like people in medical need, and the other half are clearly drug addicts. Dirty waiting room. Found out they forgot about me for over an hour, even though I checked in and went back to the window multiple times. Every time, they told me the doctor will see you in just a few minutes. Total lie. Very unimpressed. Would not choose to use this clinic if not for it being the closest MMJ provider to me. 2 hour wait to see the doc for 6 minutes.

I have been trying for over a week to reach the office for an appointment and have left a number of messages without a call back. the recording says that they will return calls same day but never return any messages. Not Professional at all ... i ended up finding another doctor to see in the area.

Office has changed drastically, The few hard working employees he had are gone and the office is suffering for it. Front desk is a mess the girls are rude and do not want to help patients. I have noticed in the last few months that it is more unorganized and in kept a doctors office should be clean. I would NEVER send a friend or family to this office, as I am in the process of leaving after being a patient for a few years. THINGS CHANGED FOR THE WORST

I am very HAPPY with Dr A, Nona and his staff. I have been given an alternative by Dr A and the Boston Spinal Institute. Instead of medications, which I have desperately fought to stay off of Dr A listened and introduced me to the temporary spinal stimulator for pain. I have completed the trial period and am sold on the procedure. Even though for my injury, it is not a 100%, the amount of pain it has taken away has been a blessing. I can't thank Dr A and his team enough for listening to me.
