Dr. Mikelson Mompremier

I was quite anxious when I went to see DrMompremier for a macular hole- something I had never heard of. Dr Mompremier was warm and friendly and explained the condition and treatment thoroughly. He even came In on the 4th when I called him thinking something was wrong. He is an excellent physician in every way and I would refer anyone with a retina condition to him

In Aug 2016, at the famed UltraVision clinic of Dr. Tomy Starck in San Antonio, I was diagnosed and then immediately treated by Dr. Mikelson Mompremier - - treated with laser for a small retinal tear. Dr. Mompremier, who'd seen me a year earlier for a routine eye exam, is both a really fabulous physician AND an exceedingly patient & attentive doctor - - who courteously and with gentle humor had listened to my long list of symptoms & questions. It is my great LUCK to have him as my eye-surgeon!

Dr Mompremier is very thorough, dedicated, and has excellent bedside manner. He is highly recommended by many other eye doctors before I went to him, and have been pleased since.

After 3 surgeries on one eye for detached retina, my eyesight in that eye is extremely limited with no improvement likely. I would not recommend seeing this Doctor for any eye malady. He currently is practicing in the San Antonio area with UltraVision.

dr mompriemer is very personable and takes the time to discuss what the alternatives are and which would be best for you. I would recommend him to anyone with retinal issues
