Quick and informative.

Considerate and correct in every regard

Dr Pappas listened to my long list of ailments from head to toe and quickly assessed the right direction to begin with to resolve some of these issues.

Great Doctor! Very honest and straight to the point. I went in thinking I needed a steroid injection but he recommended doing PT for a few weeks and if not resolved talk further.

The Dr. was very knowledgeable and spoke clearly and explained my condition and gave me options for me to think about. I felt very comfortable with him and was glad to have seen him. V. Lauria

My first time going to Dr. Pappas, reason for an EMG. He was so patient friendly, thorough , asked me questions, explained to me process and results. I would not hesitate going to him again, if the need arises The staff was also so nice.

The office was very crowded but Dr Pappas took me quickly . He answered all my questions and when I went to my X-ray facility my script was waiting . Very professional

I got a pre-surgical neuro exam performed by Dr. Pappas which was to be in report format in 24 hrs. At the time I specifically requested & was advised by front desk a copy of that report will be sent to my email. Four days later no report. Now I will re-visit the surgeon via tel-com in 3 days without that report as reference for questions during the tele-visit. Nor will I have the report to consider a 2nd opinion. These exams are not just for doctor to doctor privilege. I will call for 2nd request but ALL patients should automatically receive such reports. I had the worst experience in this Dr. office, and it was so bad that is the first time that I make a complaint in my life. My first visit was wonderful, the stuff was really nice and doctor too. I was happy with the visit and thought everything was going to go smooth with my immigration paperwork, the one that Dr. Mike Pappas was getting done for me for the medical form. When I first went they made me fill the form, the Dr checked me and send me to get blood work and 2 vaccines. After that I had to go back in person and hand them the prof of it. After that I was also supposed to pick up my paperwork… but unfortunately that did not happen. What happens is that on Tuesday morning I call the office ( +16312020758 ) and spoke to someone from the staff and asked if the office located in Riverhead at 806 S Main St was going to be open that same day. They answers that it was going to be open from 10-4pm so I arranged my husband day work to be able to make it. That Tuesday I arrived to the office and it was Closed. Due this, I call again and smoke to EDYTHE who says she is sorry but the information I was given it was wrong. That they just open on Wednesday. I tell her I need my paperwork ASAP and they wasted my time so I asked to send it over email. She agreed and made me send the vaccine proof ; next week, on Wednesday March 16th I call back to the office and asked if they got my email and say that unfortunately they made me send it to the wrong department. I I spoke with KIMBERLY this time, so she makes me send it to her email. also told me that the paperwork it was going to be ready that same day as the Dr. Just needed to review it and sign it, so I was going to be able to pick it up next day. The next day I go there (Thursday 17th) and KIMBERLY tells me that the paperwork isn’t ready bc Kimberly didn’t give the paperwork to the Dr. So once again it was a completely waste of time for me to go. I tell her how to fix this, that it was the second time that they tell me something that is not and the only solution for me was to pick it up on his other location (way further) or the following week. I said that I might be going to the other location but wasn’t sure bc of personal reasons. This past Monday 21st, I emailed YOSELIN saying “…This Wednesday I will be going to the office in Riverhead to pick up my Immigration Medical Paperwork. I really hope that this Wednesday when I get there everything is in order for me to take the papers home. With no thing missing, otherwise I will have to make a formal complain, as it would be my third time going to the office and not getting the service that I pay for…” she answered “ …If you want to come in to the riverhead office today, it will be ready…” after that I called the office and spoke with Kimberly to ask for the open hours and she said over the phone also that my paperwork was ready to pick up. When I get there at the office I ask for the paperwork and sit. I waited for 20 minutes and asked where’s the paperwork and YOSELIN says “the paperwork is ready, the dr has it bc he needs to sign it and review it” so I complain about it bc that means that the paperwork ISNT ready, and explained to her that if the paperwork was ready then it should’ve been signed, in an envelope with the copy in the front desk office for me to pick it up, but she insisted that that meant ready and made me wait 1hour and 20 minutes!!!!! Her excuses were that there were 5 families in front of me waiting before me and again that this was ready and that it is normal to go to the office 3 times. To this I explained her AGAIN that then the paperwork wasn’t ready, that they called me and emailed me saying it was ready for pick up that I shouldn’t be waiting, that I was not comfortable with the staff and the way the were handling this, that they made me come 2 extra times with no reason bc I was given the wrong information and that I wanted to make a complaint. So she tells me there’s no complaint book, no email or phone n

Dr Pappas was patient and I believe he really cared about my spine and neck issues.

Dr Pappas was great, but the wait time was awful. I had a 2:30 appointment, and needed to plan another appointment nearby in Riverhead, I called the drs office and explained the situation and asked approximately how long it would take (she said 30-45 minutes) and to be abundantly clear asked her to confirm what time I could count on being finished there- she said 3:00-3:15. So I set my other appointment down the street to 3:30. I didn't make it out of the waiting room till around 3:30 and my appointment didnt finish till after 4:15. I found this to be very disrespectful of other peoples time and schedule. I was driving all the way from East Hampton. I was very disappointed about this. Dr. Pappas is caring, he listens to you and cares about you're well be, he extends him self to help you get well, his staff is very nice as well, simply put , they also are ,a reflection of the Doctors greatness.

I was very happy with the doctor and going for other testing to confirm issue. But was very unhappy when the women at the desk sharply told me to go sit down and she will call me up, only to forget I was there and after 1/2 hour I finally said something. Finally got names of who to call for nerve test.

He is a compassionate and caring doctor that was also well informed and was able to offer non surgical procedure to address spinal stenosis. We shall see if they are helpful.

The Doctor and staff were professional and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

After reviewing my medical history & symptoms, Dr. Pappas immediately referred me to a specialist who can hopefully help me. I deeply appreciate his ability to quickly recognizes my symptoms as possibly being something else entirely from what I have been told the last 1 1/2 years. Thank you Dr. Pappas!

Dr. Pappas is what one hopes for...a good communicator, explains your condition and your choices for treatment options. A good listener who seems to adjust treatment recommendations to your personal input. One feels like a partner in one's care and future treatment plan.

I was a first time patient and Dr. Pappas took his time with me and explained everything. He answered all my questions. The office personnel was friendly and professional. The office itself was clean and comfortable. I was very satisfied!
