Caleb has changed my life! For the first time in my 60yrs I have found someone to listen to my health concerns. Not just a pat on the shoulder and sent home with a prescription for an antidepressant. He listened to my menopausal/hormonal woes and addressed each and every one of them. He obtained comprehensive labs. Discussed each and every one of them. Established a personalized medical plan. Got my cholesterol levels down. My hormones stabilized. My diet under control. Addressed cardiovascular issues and risks by getting me on the proper medicines. My experience with Dr. Dumitrescu has been very positive. He treated a back issue which helped to lessen pain in my left foot - which has been with me for six year. He explains things very well and lays out all your options and he never pushes. I would recommend him to others. He also has a very nice staff.

I really appreciate Dr. Dumitrescu taking the time to address the concerns I had in terms of do’s and don’ts as I workout (Crossfit) regularly and want to continue to do so. He was very knowledgeable and also familiar with Crossfit, so having that understanding of the activities I do regularly is exactly what I needed answers on in terms of what I can do and what I shouldn’t do so my back can heal properly. I see Caleb Greer for help with aging gracefully (hormones) and weight maintenance. It hasn't been a quick fix (is there really such a thing?), but he's been so patient with me, tweaking as needed. I enjoy our appointments, and I really like his approach. Recommend!

I have been to a lot of doctors and medical practices, and I haven't found the level of knowledge and care that I have received at Precision with Caleb and Dr. D. The level of care, knowledge and professionalism with the office and doctors there are unmatched. They have helped both my wife and I tremendously in our health journey. Hi, let me start off by saying I have a Masters degree in Nursing myself and I am 45 years old. Caleb Greer and Dr. D have the most forward thinking and comprehensive medical practices I have ever encountered. Their use of innovative therapies such as PRP, ProLo thearpy, stemcells, ketamine, TMS- Transcranial Magnetic stimulation and actual skeltal adjustment are life changing for many of their patients. My story is, for years I have developed worsening numbness and tingling in my hands from my military service. So much so, I was considering risky and painful surgery. After consulting with Caleb, we developed a plan where I would come in for weekly adjustments. After 4-6 weeks of adjustments, my numbness was gone and my sleep and mood improved significantly. I love Dr. D. and his staff. Caring, professional, and thorough. I am from out of state and they worked with me and my other specialist doctor in Austin to get me the best results quickly. My case wasn't the usual fare and I needed some specialized imaging post discogram, quickly. They called a cab and even paid for it. I could have paid but they beat me to it. Dr. Dumitrescu provided the worst experience I have ever had with an MD . I went to him with a Stenosis problem and he provided a steroid shot, which was a follow-up to a shot I received 6 months ago from a physician in another city. The results were completely the opposite. The first shot was provided seamlessly, with no pain from the shot and an immediate reduction in pain, which lasted 6 months. Dr. Dumitrescu's missed the proper location, hit a nerve that caused pain down my leg and after 2 weeks, the pain was worse. Early pain, no relief and a new pain in my knee, which I never experienced previously. Dr. Dumitresc reacted as if it was my fault and had no solution to my problem. He was egotistical and insensitive to my situation. Go to him at your own risk. If I could rate him at -5, I would.

Dr Dumitrescu spent time going over my symptoms and explaining the cause of my pain. The cervical injection procedure was organized, almost painless and meticulously performed to provide pain relief.

Dr. Dumitrescu isn't the norm. He spends more time with his patients than is typical, he is genuinely invested in their success and he is CONSTANTLY learning and experimenting. He is truly a lifelong learner and I couldn't think of a better person to align your care of health with.

Dr. Dumitrescu helped me last year with a herniated disc. He made the diagnosis quickly and his office efficiently coordinated the needed tests. He was diligent in following up on the procedures he did to make sure I was improving and offered a lot of good advice for non-surgical options. I really appreciate his help.

Dr. "D" is a one-of-a-kind! He is compassionate and understanding. Always takes the time to listen carefully to what is ailing me and always comes up with a great treatment. Ditto with his staff. They are friendly, courteous, kind and professional. I have the utmost trust in Dr. D and am so glad I found him!

Best pain management doctor in town. He was the ONLY person (and this includes orthopedists) who was able to explain to me why my bulging disk in my back was making my left ankle hurt. When that pain recurs, I know it’s time to go see Dr. Dumitrescu. He took care of both lower back problems that had been a recurring problem, as well as some cervical spine issues that occurred due to a car accident. I don’t have to take oral medication (an ibuprofen once in a great while, but nothing stronger) to treat my back problems. He has the ability to listen to a patient without interrupting - a skill more doctors should learn - and he wants to get to the root of the problem. He offers multiple alternatives for treatment, and we worked together to get rid of my back pain. He and his staff were also helpful in treatment of migraine headaches (which, if you’ve never had one, are extremely bothersome and can cause a plethora of unexpected painful events with a cascade of symptoms).

I have had several interactions with Dr. Dumitrescu and his staff and have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. D is very knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help his patients achieve their goals. I feel very supported there and I also don't feel like he tries to get me to do unnecessary tests. His ethical standards are high and he is available when I need him. I highly recommend his services for both pain management and funtional medicine.

I have been a patient of Dr Dumitrescu for many years. I have seen his practice evolve from pain management to include regenerative medicine which I believe go hand in hand. I moved from the Austin area 6 years ago and still make the drive in to see Dr D. He is very easy to talk to and gives you various options for treatment. Dr. Dumitrescu is excellent. I was referred to Dr. D by a co-worker who held him in extremely high regard, and my visits and treatment with him thus far has not disappointed at all. His caring, patient and expert manner of treating and informing his patient is unparalleled compared to my experience with any other physicians. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone experiencing back/neck pain or related issues.

Setup an appointment one month in advance telling me my insurance was covered, called two days before and told me its not. Time wasted.

Inept staff. Had been in contact with them for over a week filling out new patient paperwork. Gave them insurance information. At no time in all communication was told about the exhorbatant fee. Other physicians I have seen have very small copays compared to this place. Makes me wonder if they are skimming insurance companies.

We've had quite a bit of experience with Precision Pain and Dr. "D". I was supposed to get a high resolution MRI done for cervical pain. When I checked into the MRI center, I said this is the 1T scanner correct? Tech blew me off. When Dr. D got the scan, he agreed that he had ordered the 1T scanner be used, but it was "no" big deal. It was a big deal to me. I understand the imaging quality of a 1T MRI versus a smaller one. The MRI scan should have been repeated at no additional cost. Such a great practice. Everyone I've worked with, from Dr. D to the phlebotomist, has been so knowledgeable and kind. I've seen him multiple times and will recommend him to others without hesitation.

I had 2 herniated discs L4-L5 & L5-S1 and I lived with this constant pain for roughly 2.5 years before seeing Doctor D. This pain limited the activities that I loved, as a result I spent money on chasing treatments that gave "hope" of recovery to no avail. Most doctor would say "here are some pain meds, do not perform physical activity", which as just an unacceptable answer to me. Luckily I ended up seeing Doctor D! From initial consultation you will know you are in good hands. Doctor D spent about an hour with me explaining my condition, possible routes we could explore, what he personally thought, and just seemed to truly care(most doctors seem in it for just the money, but Doctor D wants to fix you). Do not be afraid to ask him questions, he will take the time to explain anything to you! He told me he thought I could end up being active and off pain meds again, a possibility that I did not think existed anymore. Doctor D is very transparent about pricing and how no outcome is ever guaranteed. That being said, I trusted him which is very rare for me to do with a doctor. I opted for stem cell injections into my discs which were derived from my bone marrow. I received my first injection in June and a second injection in Sept(I also got one in my shoulder at this time). It is now February and I am the most active I have been since I first injured my back 2.5 years ago. While I still am on pain medicine(a minimal amount), I truly believe for the first time in my life that it is a possibility to eventually get off pain medicine. I know not every outcome is the same, but I have only had great results from these treatment. Throughout the course of recovery, I had multiple calls with Doctor D and his team(they must have been annoyed with how many times I called!). They will always take the time to listen to your needs and help you. If you have any type of pain that you were told "it cannot be fixed" or to "just don't do x", I highly recommend seeing Doctor D. I cannot guarantee an outcome as good as mine, but I can guarantee that you will leave your appointment knowing the following: All about your injury(ies), all your options, and a sense of this doctor is in this to help you and not just take money. Dr D is one of the most attentive and understanding people I have met. He doesn't over hype treatments, but still provides options that others don't. His staff is responsive and courteous. I feel very supported and in good hands every time I go into the office. I highly recommend!

Dr D and his staff are excellent and caring! I have been seeing Dr D for 5 years or longer and I trust him more than any Dr I have ever seen! He explains the procedures where I can understand what he is doing and why it could help. I have been going to see Dr D for back pain and migraines! The staff in the office are wonderful and always very friendly and helpful!

I had two procedures done by Dr. D. Was suffering from severe neck and shoulder pain and recently for knee pain. After the injections i am pain free! The staff is friendly, efficient and caring. I will highly recommend Dr D. Before you consider surgery, please try these treatments.
