I highly recommend her. My daughter was having sever pain due to an illness and no one knew why, meds were giving and pain continued. Dr. Ringheanu was great, she did an endoscopy and figured what was causing the problem. My daughter is 100% pain free. She follows instructions till this day and is doing great. We know have 2 of my grand kids seen her and they are doing great. I highly recommend her. worst doctor i’ve dealt with as a mother, i regret ever taking my child here. seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing, was extremely quick/rude and didn’t answer ANY questions. the waiting room was packed and the wait was three hours just to be seen for less then a minute!!! also she under pays her staff,

would not recommend at all, I don’t understand how she is even a doctor.

I would not leave a star if that was possible. Dr. Ringheanu should seriously have her licensed revoked. She diagnosed my sister with chronic superficial gastritis and GERD. That didn't settle well with us because she diagnosed my other sister with the same thing. We found another specialist to check my sisters case. My sister has lost 44lbs in just a few months. She was diagnosed with gastroparesis which is a paralyzed stomach. My sister had a biopsy done by Dr. Ringheanu so we went to the appt. to see what she said. Trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. She spoke to my mother for only 5 minutes and told my sister "control your vomiting, there's nothing wrong with you." So there you go. That was our personal experiences with both of my sisters. Never again. Your child can be very ill and she will still diagnosed them with gastritis and GERD.

When I first got referred to her because my baby kept spitting up all the time , I was so scared because I saw all the bad reviews she had , and I was driving 3 hours from my hometown to go consult with her . But she did not disappoint me . She took her time to let us know what was happening with my son . She order 3 different kind of test for him . Once the results came in we had an appointment to see her an she prescribed medicine for my baby . Thank god nothing bad was going on . She explain the test results. I was satisfied. All the medical assistant were so nice and answer all my questions. The 3 hour drive was worth it . She also recommended some items over the counter that will help with my baby problem , and sure enough the items have work so good . Last year my daughter had stomach pain which was gastritis and constipation I was back in fourth to dr nothing was working took her to valley Baptist hospital they're not good either they gave my daughter a gallon of drink to make her go it just like water no poop coming out and didn't give anything for pain. This doctor prescribed Miralax and med for gastritis which didn't work keep calling they said there was nothing else that the doctor could do for her I said she can't change the medication for gastritis they said no .I never went back l found a new primary doctor who helped my daughter. Extremely long wait, my daughter has seen her a couple times, at birth she had a severe milk allergy in which she needed specialized formula, after giving me 2 samples the first visit in which I filled out all paperwork and fought several times with my insurance , she refused to give me anymore while I waited for the insurance to process my claim , this milk was so specialized I it was an amino acid formula that had to order online and in bulk and At 60 dollars plus a bottle it was quite expensive, I couldn’t believe she would say plain out sorry can’t give out anymore, like tough. second time my daughter had to See this woman ( she’s grown out of the milk allergy) and was said to maybe have a lactose intolerance , we waited for 3 hours close to 4 , finally we got in the room she sits and she leaves, never saying one word, we thought she forgot something We just stayed there , the nurse told us you can leave now dr said she’s lactose intolerant. I did wait but since i have a preemie, i waited in my car. They called me when it was our turn, which i thought was very nice. They offered to help with my stuff when it was time to go into room. Tge doctor herself was very polite & asked the needed questions about my preemie's care. Over all im glad i came here. My baby will have study done to help determine what is causeing issues. Getting things done is on my best side so far. Worth the wait. Id give 5 stars if his xray exam is done & see how they handle babiea needs. But so far i would recommend this GI office. Two hours later and still waiting to see the doctor. I can’t believe I didn’t leave after an hour. The staff is very unfriendly.

this office is the worst - she referred my 3 y/o daughter to hospital for further testing in which results came back a bit abnormal and all she could do is suggest l continue her on MiraLax - problem was not resolved and refuese to return to her office - waiting period is unbelievably long and they skip numbers -

I think she’s a great doctor and very attentive. I went knowing by detail the symptoms my daughter was experiencing and asked any concerns I had. She managed to answer all my questions. I like the fact that she actually listened to me.That same day she sent us to get produres ready for the next day. My daughter is under her care and I’m glad my daughter was referred to her. It's the worst they tell you to come at a certain time and you won't see the doctor until after 2 hours and it's always packed. And the nurses are very rude and not very helpful.

Her reception staff is really bad. Attitude with "I'm doing you a favor" "You're bothering me attitude". Extremely rude. I think the problem is her staff. I've been waiting for 4 days to obtain a letter from the nurse. Very unprofessional.

I have been going to the facility for more than a year, your lucky to be seen by the Dr. two hours to a max of 4 hours after your appointment time and she only spends no more than 10 min with your child. If I could rate her I would give her a zero. It is a disgrace to the medical field. Even when confronted it is the patients fault for feeling aggravated. Yes she has a long wait time, but it is worth it. She gave us a fast diagnosis.

This Dr has absolutely no people skills at all. Why set appt. times if you're going to have us waiting more than an hour. Brought my son in for an appt. and then she set one up for a procedure at the hospital. She tells us to be there by 8:30 and she doesn't even show up until about 10:10. Even the anesthesiologist was irked at her not showing up when she said. We show up to a follow up appt. 2 weeks later and she's not even in the office making us wait again. If you have an appt. make sure not to have anything scheduled after because you might not make it. This Dr has absolutely no people skills at all. This was proba ly one of the worat experiences I've ever had with a doctoe in my life. Waited over an hour to see the doctor. Doctor barely spoke to us was in the room for 5 minutes barely looked at my child and sent us to the hospital. I'd already informed thia person that I believe she had reflux because I have it. Needless to say after a 3 day hospital stay with no explanation as to why we were sent to the hospital her diagnosis was.... tou guessed it relflux. You can bet I will never be back to see this doctor again. Worst bedaide manner I've ever seen. Didn't explain anything just threw us at the hospital. Never would I ever recommend this doctor to anyone I know. She is a terrible doctor. Spent a total of 5 minutes in the exam room and sent usus to the hospital for no reason. Barely spoke to us did not explain anything about why we were being sent there. Results of a 3 day hospital stay my child has reflux just like I told this idiotic doctor. So needless to say I will never be back to see this person again. I can't warn you enough stay away if you dont want to spend days at the hospital.

Bedside manner and sympathy towards patient non existent. Changed the patient's parents mind of outpatient procedures to admittance of hospital without it being necessary. After admittance to hospital parent's never heard from her again. Outcome is the same and besides diet the patient is ok. Unquestionably I foresee to hear back from her office by form of a bill.
