The absolute worse care I have NOT received since my appointment last month. Had an appointment for my daughter one month ago and he said my daughter was to schedule a test in 1 week and the test has not happened because he said the machine broke and that it would fixed soon and did not give an alternative for testing. He had me take my daughter off her medication for the testing and did not contact me to let me know regarding the medicine that had to be stopped if she should start taking it again since the test has not been scheduled and when I should expect the test to be scheduled and all I received was a response saying it will be soon. Dr Saps called me asking for information about my daughters medication and did not leave a message for me to call back. When I called the number to the office back every day to return his phone call Gladys kept giving me another number to call which went to voicemail and I left voicemails for 3 days with no phone call returned. Pure negligence. Why take a child off a medication for a test that is not occurring and then make the patient who is suffering wait until a machine is fixed to get a test done. Dr Saps is a very caring and beyond knowledgeable doctor. He has helped my son tremendously. I highly recommend him especially if your child has difficult to diagnose/ treat GI motility issues.

Dr. Saps is willing to look, and think, beyond current knowledge for solutions. He attended a special program for toddlers that was producing excellent results - to see what was going on. This action and the time he took to learn more in order to better help his patients is above and beyond. It enabled him to fix our chronic GI issue within 3 months. Very grateful.
