Well run office and very caring staff. Dr. Culasso was very knowledgeable and informative.

Dr.Culasso is a kind and caring man who takes time to explain your symptoms,treatment and prognosis.He listens to your questions and concerns.

Been with Dr. Culasso since he opened his own practice after leaving SMH emergency room,1980's.Staff was great for many years.Staff and service has been going downhill for a few years.My husband and I just left for good.They are rude and intolerable,from his own nurse to office staff.Not sure the Dr. is aware.They don't care.Good riddance.Staff doesn't deserve one star.

My first visit was more than I expected. This doctor is the best I ever had. He listen and is very caring. Dr. Culasso takes time to understand your pains and goes above and beyond to help. His referrals are great.

Dr Culasso has been my physician since 1994. Excellent physician. Only downside for the past appx 6-8 years he utilizes a nurse practitioner as well. My opinion -- I prefer to be treated by a doctor not nurse practitioner or physician's assistant. I don't like having to feel forced to see a nurse practitioner. I request to see doctor only but still, at times, she comes in with him.

Dr. Culasso has been my primary care doctor for many years. He has always found the answer to my many questions and medical problems.
