I never do reviews, but I felt it was my duty this time. This doctor has terrible bedside manner. She makes you feel like you are a nuisance for even asking a question. She treated me like I was a Kindergartener, reprimanding me and did not give me straight answers. I left without the knowledge I came in to receive and am very displeased. My primaryat Rush is a sweetheart, caring and knowledgeable, Unfortunately, I have had the opposite experience with Dr. Ventura and won't be back.

I give her 0 stars. She rushed me, would not let me talk, and brushed me off making my symptoms seem like nothing. This was my first time seeing her and it will be the last. I am highly disappointed in the care I received especially since I work for Rush and am a RN working at the hospital. I work with doctors on a daily basis and have never had a doctor treat a patient in such an unprofessional way. It was a waste of time and money seeing her. I am going to see another OB/GYN sadly not w/Rush.

If I could give her 0 stars I would. I not only wait forever for her because she seems to run behind schedule but her knowledge Is a problem. I asked her questions and she doesn't seem to know the answer to them??
