We have seen Dr. Han for years. She is very professional and kind hearted. If you’re looking for a doctor that spends time with you and will explain issues, Well, you found her. She’s well worth the wait and does a great job with children.

Please note this review is for the scheduling team and the office staff. I was not able to see Dr. Haun. Twice .. TWICE , I was given the incorrect address/location by the scheduling staff . The first time I was given the address 20 minutes from where I was actually supposed to. The second time, I was at my appointment earlier than asked and again I called the scheduling office to be SURE I was at the right place ( just to find out I was again directed to the wrong place ). I finally get to the right office and the office staffed let me get half way through the paperwork just to stay oh we can only see one child because you were supposed to be here at 9am. Had they checked their notes , they would’ve known I was there BEFORE 9 but got directed to the incorrect place. The office staff was rude and unwilling to help or correct the issue that THEIR scheduling department made. The first time , I could understand but to be misguided TWICE and then turned away from the office is unprofessional and inconvenient to say the least !! She is the worst pediatrician I have seen. She doesn’t care for her patients. I regret myself for choosing her as a pediatrician for my daughter.

Dr. Han is just so awesome! She is so caring and takes time to explaining everything we need to know as a parent. I was very impressed. I gave three stars because of the front desk staff. I have been seeing Dr. Han for a while now and she is the best!

The front desk is not that friendly.

Very caring doctor. She listens very carefully and go into details . Takes time and explains very well. Her knowledge is facinating and she is very nice to talk to. She has been pcp for my son for years and we are glad that we found her.

Doctor Han is a good doctor, but the office staffs are rude and careless , they never remind patient when the schedule is due, i always have to call them to confirm and this time the schedule was past the date , they dont even to bother call me to remind or reschedule. i had to call them this morning to figure it out. After talked to one of their staff office , she seems like doesnt care at all , doesnt even try to say apology. She is the best. Always takes her time and make sure you have all the answers to the questions. Definitely will recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Han is excellent! She is caring and handles my son with care. She is always willing to answer questions and takes time to explain anything you ask. She has been our pediatrician for a year and we couldn't be happier.

Dr Han is extremely good. We just recently moved into Irving, and I have had one appointment with her for my daughter so far, I have never been more impressed with a doctor. My 2 year old daughter was very apprehensive for her wellness check. Dr Han managed to calm her down in no time. She gets down to the child's level and allay their fears even for little things as doing a dental check, chest examination etc. , she didn't mind spending that extra little time and effort for the mental comfort of my daughter. I was very happy. She is very knowledgeable and extremely patient in answering every question or concern we had (no matter how silly they may have sound). Gives a detailed medical account of any concern. Excellent doctor would definitely recommend to everyone. Dr Han is extremely good. Fantastic Doctor hands down. She was our daughters pediatrician from new born until 2 before we moved out of the area. Always took time to talk to us, explain and give us tips etc. Very helpful and very patient. Glad she was the first doctor for our kid.

We have seen her for all of our three children. We always appreciate her care, knowledge and listening. She is the best!

Dr Han is the best Dr in the USA, she is great with my kids and they always love to go and see her. Her MA's are the best always so kind and understanding. Love you ladies especially Jen and Becky!

Dr Han is so co-operative and listens patiently . And she also suggests everything in detail regarding my son's health. At times we do have to wait for her but I think it's worth waiting. She is a wonderful person as well. Very friendly .

I have 4 children and we have been going Dr Han for over 18 years. She is absolutely wonderful. She is a great listener and treats the parent as the one who knows his/her child best!
