My experience was negative. The tech took X-rays of my feet. Then the doctor ordered splints to separate the slow, uncomfortable inward shifting of my toes. She also had her assistant give me a toe separator. She did not examine my feet. She did not ask me any questions herself. The splints were uncomfortable and ineffective. The toe separator was so soft and malleable as to be useless. She told me to set up a recheck in two weeks. Why would I do that?

She was rude and lacked bedside manner. She seemed focused on getting me out of there quickly and not truly listening to my concerns. I'm going to find another specialist, and I would not recommend her. I left feeling very unsettled by the entire experience.

Very unpleasant experience. I felt that she neither listen to my concerns nor explained things in laymen's terms. I will not be going back.

Rude and dismissive. I had recently been to Mayo Clinic for unrelated surgery at which time I was diagnosed by a neurologist as having severe peripheral neuropathy. Based on my medical history and clinical evaluation it was determined to have been caused by my CMT condition and not my recently diagnosed diabetes. Deyoung spent 2 minutes with me and opined that the Mayo doctor was wrong. I was there to have my toenails trimmed during which a toe was CUT. Rude and dismissive. Dr. Deyoung and staff are just excellent????I was treated very well, and my foot actually felt better, than it has in a long time! I would highly recommend this Podiatry center and doctor...thank you ????

Everytime i have gone there she & her staff are very happy, helpful and attentive to my needs. She is wonderful.

She is awesome! She was able to resolve very painful bilateral Plantar Fasciitis very quickly. Also made recommendations for footwear, stretching and icing that have so far completely resolved the problem.

If I could give this fool a neg stars I would Started seeing her Jan 2 2018 it is now feb.8th I seen her every week..she hasn't did anything for me sent me to infection disease doctors that have no clue why was he even there.she then she has ask me if I had seen the ID the last 3 weeks I told her I have giving you his name 3 times I finally kinda went postal not really but showed I was upset with service after she hears me raise my voice(upset) because I have been seeing her for 2 months she rushes in the room to see what's up now she wants to make a plan she did a cutler on my wound ..my personal Opinion is that she doesn't like her job doesn't care for her patients even her nurses she has working for her told me she never wants to be at work I will say no names.please stay away from her unless you want to see what I am talking about If I could give this fool a neg stars I would Started seeing her Jan 2 2018 it is now feb.8th I seen her every week..she hasn't did anything for me sent me to infection … More

I had a diabetic user on my big toe. I spent almost a year trying to baby it back to health. Dr DeYoung finally convinced me that amputation was best. I really struggled with the decision. She is thoughtful and really seems to care. She was 100 percent right. I feel much better with it gone than I did trying to care for it. The cut looks great and she has my full confidence.
