Friendly staff and short wait time. Dr. Cohen is professional and personable. She appears to be very thorough and responsive to patient needs. I feel very comfortable having her manage my medical care.

I think Dr Cohen is great and I'm so glad I found her. I was once waiting for test results and she called me from home on a Saturday because she knew I was worried. She is a straight arrow and tells you what to do and expects you to do it. Five plus years in this practice-Dr Cohen and the entire clinical staff are consummate professionals. The front office does not accurately reflect the same but is more like a social gathering that does work on the side.

Dr Cohen is an excellent Dr.who is very competent and thorough. If she hadn’t sent me for a test for something, just to make sure, they never would have found I had liver cancer early, which led to a transplant and saved my life.

Office Staff extremely unfriendly!!! Same goes for Dr. Cohen, pays little or no attention to your health issues - extremely rude and uncaring. If you are considering her as your primary doctor - RUN, don't walk - choose wisely, I didn't

Never EVER go to this office. The customer/patient service at the front desk is horrendous. Phone calls are rarely picked up, and if they are it takes 20 minutes to get someone. The office staff is extremely rude...and Dr. Cohen does NOT return phone calls herself...Find another practice, this one is nothin but long wait times all round, and rude staff...

She is a horrible physician. Her practice is inept. Her bedside manner is disgusting. Worst experience ever. Do not go to her.

I have seen Dr. Michelle Cohen for about five years, generally for my annual physical but also for a clearance for my cataract surgery. The first time I saw her, she was running very late and she very sincerely apologized and explained why, which is unusual for a physician. One might say her manner is a little abrupt but I actually like it; she is no nonsense for sure and it’s clear that she cares about me and my concerns. The reviews here are about communication with her busy, multiple physicians office and not her as a doctor which is unfair. She is clearly competent which is the most important attribute one should consider in a primary care doc. I have always had a good experience with Dr. COHEN. She is carying and a great dr. and diagnostic dr.

Down to earth and takes time with me. I believe she’s an excellent diagnostician and doesn’t do unnecessary tests. She is the definition of care giver, she really cares about her patients.

Thorough and takes time. Administrative staff can be aloof and unfriendly.

I DIDN'T GET A VISIT. IT TOOK THE OFFICE 4 DAYS TO CALL ME BACK TO MAKE AND AN APPT AND THEN IT WASN'T GOING TO BE TILL MAY FOR NEW PATIENTS. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. ALSO, THEY WANT A CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO PAY FOR YOUR APPTS. ALSO, I WAS SCOLDED THAT IF I DIDN'T SHOW THEY WOULD CHARGE ME $100. THAT IS MY FIRST CONTACT WITH THIS OFFICE. I'LL KEEP LOOKING FOR A NEW DOCTOR. I AM SICK AND OLD AND POOR. NO PRIORITY THERE.

Dr. Cohen does not listen to her patients and comes up with highly questionable treatment. When asked about such treatment she responds by not providing any treatment and demanding that you see another doctor. I would not recommend dr. Cohen to anyone.

I would like to write review but I never got to meet the doctor. I'm a new patient and when I called to make appt, I was put on hold for twenty minutes. A staff member finally came back on line and told me she would put me on the list to be called back. Needless to say, two business days have passed and I haven't been called back. Time to move on. I don't want to use a medical practice that doesn't value it's patients. You might be the best doctors but your office staff reflects very poorly on your practice. Perhaps, it's time for new front office staff or new guidelines for running the office.

Terrible doctor. Waited 45 minutes to see her and then she spent about 2 minutes with me. She is nasty and rude.

What a joke! I’m a new patient. After filling out 15 pages of medical history and signing all the paperwork I am told she doesn’t take my insurance . Note: I called when I made the appointment a month ago and asked specifically if she takes my insurance . Then was told by her staff that my insurance may take it they can submit it. I had an appointment with Dr. Cohen for April 16. Her office called and cancelled my appointment, and told me they could give me another appointment in June..after telling them I was in pain, they agreed tto let me see the nurse practitioner on April 15., where she proceeded to take bloods.I called the next day and was told the results were in, but they would not give them to me and wouldn't allow me to speak with anyone else. After two days of calling the dr's office, the staff hung up on me, I called my insurance company to intervene on my behalf..They were told by the office manager the results had not come in yet and it could take up to two weeks..I then called Quest Diagnostics, who told me the Dr's office received my results on the morning of the first day I called. The office manager told my insurance company an outright lie, as the results were already there and they didn't want to be bothered..i find that to be totally unethical! I finally got a call, not from the Dr, but one of her staff. Who read me the wrong number for my Cholesterol, she read me my LDL Instead of my total cholesterol which could be very dangerous..I am Appalled that she didn't know how to read the report. Even I know how. I have multiple illnesses i.e.one kidney, diabetes. etc. and it's very important I get my results ASAP. It has been four days and no call. I would be very leery about using this office, due to the extreme incompetence of the office staff, their rudeness and the fact that the office staff feels that they can make their own medical decisions on what's important or not! Dr. Cohen is one of the least responsive doctors I’ve ever encountered. She never calls a patient back and today, totally frustrating by having to relay messages through a secretary, I came in to her office asking for 5 minutes of her time. Neither she nor her PA, Susan Davis would speak to me. If part of a good physician is listening to their patients, then these medical professionals fail! Dr. Cohen has been my Internist for the past 8 years. There are not enough superlatives to describe my respect for her. Dr. Cohen has the unique ability to ascertain the difference between my high level of anxiety about my many health, issues, and the reality of what is really important. Time and again she has "nailed" the right diagnosis and treatment. I trust her implicitly. On a personal level, Dr. Cohen is warm and most compassionate.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cohen's for over 10 years and have nothing but the highest regard for her as a woman and as a physician. My husband & I arennew to the area and need to establish care with a primary care dr. I tried to get a response from the office when I called 5 times. Each time I was out on hold without even getting a chance to ask any questions at all. I would venture to say I will move on to a more responsive office situation. This dr needs to retrain or change office personnel. There are many drs in this area so no need to put up with this unnecessary treatment.

The office staff lack professionalism and are especially rude over the phone. They seem very annoyed when asked a simple question and downright rude. Their actions diminish the skills of the wonderful doctors in this office which is very sad. Don't ever expect to get a call back from the doctor.

Totally love Dr Cohen. She is a doctor that takes her time with each patient. She is smart honest and confident. I have so much respect for her. It is not easy to practice medicine in this day and age ( I have been in the medical field). She is a doctor's doctor.

Dr did not conduct a thorough initial office check up. If she had bothered to read my medical history she wouldn't have questioned my medications. Told me I had a problem with my ears and did not make any recommendations. Staff told me to fast for bloodwork then told me I would have to go somewhere else to do it. Should be interrogator for CIA! Condescending. she and office staff told me they weren't equipped to make referrals although they accept my plan. BP went up after that!

Very detailed takes her time and really cares about me as a patient and my health. Staff very kind and helpful. I have and will continue to refer my family and friends.

She is a excellent Doctor!! love that she takes her time at each of my visits and her bedside manners are outstanding! love her!

Dr Cohen and.her staff could not have been more caring and helpful. Dr Cohen did a comprehensive exam and was very receptive to my input. She was engaging and extremely knowledgable. I am so happy that I was recommended to her.

Had a 1:30 appt. Was told to get their 12:15, which I did. stood in line behind gentleman for 10 min. Was given papers for first time visit to fill out, Called to desk at 1:27 and told I needed to reschedule because the had to process my papers & it would be after 1:30. Waited for appt for month & half. Never have I been treated so poorly. lillian
