Very pleasant and considerate doctor. I would gladly recommend her.

The staff are courteous and helpful! Dr. Bachtell is very courteous, informative and efficient, as well. Always a delight to go to my appointments. Dr. Bachtell is a Great Cardiologist!. Thank you Dr. Bachtell for everything!

I think it was so good and what a wonderful experience to talk to these people they are very knowledgeable about their job and they helped me out very well and everybody was so kind and courteous with me and had patience regardless I didn't know really half of what I was talking about they helped me right along I am really grateful ❤

Very efficient office. Dr. Bechtel is thorough and knowledgeable. I feel fortunate to be her patient.

The entire team is so friendly, professional and easy to work with. Excellent communication and extremely helpful. Dr Bachtel is very knowledgeable and truly cares about each patient. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We were there for my husband, I liked her so much I made an appt for myself. She is through, attentive, and kind.

Past 2 telehealth appointments and she never called. I called The office and was asked if I wanted to make a 3rd appointment, what’s the point? Dropped ball 2 times..

Love the people here. So friendly and courteous and always willing to answer any questions. Feel like I am in the best care. Love my doctor. Dr. Bachtel is so professional but at the same time very personal relating to your individual care. Absolutely love her!

Very thorough, offering a comprehensive dx and assessment of care going forward. Excellent follow up with staff to insure continuity of care.

Thank you and Dr Rowe. This 73 yr old guy now has the confidence to go back to see doctors he can trust. And your staff is the best. Any question I have is answered, not ignored and I no longer feel like a second class citizen. Thanks again.

I am a new patient and could not be happier with the professionalism and concern I was given. I was asked many questions and given options for my care. I have found a Doctor I trust.

Dr Bachtel is the BEST cardiologist I've ever had. Very thorough and compassionate!! I can't recommend her enough!!

We saw Dr. Bachtel at Lower Keys and she correctly diagnosed my husband’s very complicated case. We went to Miami where the same treatments were continued. Thank you Dr. B.

I delivered my daughter at CRMC and had BP & heart rate issues during c-section. My OB asked for an echo to ensure all was ok. I know A LOT about the heart since I have taken care of my mom's issues and researched it for over 20 years. Bachtel told me that I had cardiomyopathy (what my mom has) and said my function was 40%. I was told to stop breastfeeding & take medications or I would never see my child grow up. She never looked at my echo a second time. Second opinion proved her wrong!!!
