Dr. Ofner is an exceptional physician both medically and professional in the way she conducts herself questioning for a diagnosis and a follow-up on lab work, prescribed medications etc. in a fashion that doesn't make the patient feel anxious because they have to see a doctor. I appreciate her way of explaining without medical jargon. I'm grateful to have her as my neurological physician. Frank Saracino

She was on time, pleasant, informative She gave me her honest opinion, and took as much time that was needed.

Dr Ofner is interested in making sure l am on the right path with my medicine. She has been a great help to me. I really appreciate her and her staff.

Not sure why she has a 4.5 with Google reviews when Vitals and Healthgrades is much lower. She clearly knows very little about Parkinson’s. Pulled my mother who has the disease off of medicine that she needed to control Parkinson’s and told her that she didn’t have it but her diagnostic tests and previous neurologist who retired said she did. Ended up in the ER not able to walk! Swollen legs and feet for months! Please don’t try treating something you clearly know nothing about. Interesting how every poor review has a similar response but nothing changes. Still ended up in the hospital because the provider did not have the knowledge to properly treat the patient or frankly the common sense.

Everything and everyone was very helpful and professional. They helped me very much.

Very professional. Courteous and polite staff. Dr. Very direct. No punches pulled. I liked her!

Dr Ofner’s medical assistant is so kind and caring. Dr Ofner listens to me everytime and works to find the best possible solution to any issue that may arise.

Dr. Ofner took the time to clarify things that she thought didn't make sense and conducted a thorough exam. She started with conservative treatment for my headaches and explained how to take the medicine very well & reiterated it before I left, then had staff schedule a follow up. Dr. was running very late but staff made sure all patients were aware before being left in the waiting room for a long time. Everyone was very professional.

Offered me absolutely no information of substance with regard to trying to pin down an elusive diagnosis. Dismissive of my explanations of my rare pre-existing condition, she basically gave word salad for 15 minutes before telling me I should see a cardiologist. For cervical neck pain. Honestly I would’ve gotten better advice from the post office. The picture she uses is about 30 years old, so you’ll be very surprised.

When asked to do some paperwork for my mother she refused, saying “because I don’t have to.”

Ms Ofner (I refuse to call her a Dr.) was ill-informed at our visit, as the printed symptoms we gave to her assistant were "being entered", a long list of possible neurological symptoms that she never saw, saying " 1/2 those don't even apply to my wife". How could she even know since she did not have access to them. She also told us that her condition was caused by her "COPD progression", which was disputed this week by a well regarded pulmonologist. Rude, uncaring, and just plain late (2 hr wait). No excuse for this behavior in a medical "doctor". There WILL be no follow-up visit, and anyone with appointment should be ready for verbal abuse. The staff at Vero Orthopedics are wonderful. I would say that from the moment I walked in I was greeted by Delore. She made my experience pleasant and set the tone for my visit. Dr. Ofner was also pleasant and very professional, and informative on my condition. But as a nurse I appreciate the front office staff so much because they are interfacing with the public all day long, and often people when in pain aren't pleasant. This was my first visit with Dr Ofner, and she listened to my concerns and worked with me to begin to solve them.

Dr. Ofner the Neurologist at Vero Orthopedics/Neurology office in Sebastian was phenomenal!! She is very thorough, professional and knowledgeable, she did not rush her care and treatment with me, she took her time and explained everything and provided follow up referral. I have been in the medical field for 20yrs and I understand physicians arent given a lot of time in their schedule to establish new patients, and that did not interfere with her care plan for me. I am extremely grateful for her time, direction and explanation for my symptoms. I would highly recommend Dr. Ofner to anyone needing a Neurologist. Dr Ofner is THE best. Diagnosed my issue and created/tailored a plan of treatment that was perfect and has helped me immensly. She listens and doesn’t mind questions at all and is very caring an knowlegable. Takes the time to do a great job. She is the best!

1st visit waited over an hour...2nd visit waited 45 minutes and left without being seen. How long would Doctors wait if they had an appointment with us mere mortals? You already know the answer.

She is great

The worst encounter I have ever had with a doctor. I was referred to her by another doctor who recommended a neurological exam. She wanted to know why they sent me to her and acted quite bothered. Never used my name or made eye contact and was rude and dismissive. After a 45 minute wait in the exam room and 10 minutes spent with me, she walked out of the room without a word to indicate the visit was over. I have been to numerous doctors over years and have never been treated so poorly. Just a horrible experience.

Dr. Ofner had a 4th year medical student do the evaluation. After her evaluation she said Dr. Ofner would be right in. I had to ask a nurse in the hall to find her. After 1/2 house she came in and said she doesn't deal with my issues. She was recommended by Dr. Kane. I was charged a 35 co-payment. This was the worst medical experience I have ever had.

Spent 90% of visit typing. No eye contact. No technical, electronic or mechanical nerve conduction testing done or scheduled. Instead of the shot in the back of my head, she gave me 3 and tried to force a fourth one on me in spite of my crying from the excruciating pain. Her nurse was just as bad. Dismissive, curt, and rude applies to both of them. Zero for bedside manners. DO NOT GO HERE. STAY AWAY. I would give zero stars if allowed.

Very poorly run office. Dr is rude, cold and doesn’t return phone calls. Unimpressed and will not recommend her.

Dr Offner is quite rude and she looks down on her patients. A gigantic ego and quite conceded. Wish I could rate her a zero.

She is the worst Dr I have ever been to. I had an allergic reaction to medication when I went to see her she was in a nasty mood all but yelled at me for bothering her on a week end she said she does not answer her phone when she was out and about on weekends. What kind of a Dr. is that? Looking for another Dr one who cares.

It was an awful experience. Avoid at all costs. I have seen VERY many drs in my 62 yrs and this one ranks as one of the worst. I consider myself a well educated and experienced patient dealing with many complex medical issues. From the get go she was Rude, dismissive, wouldn't listen, had the compassion of a stone. She found that mother's dementia was due to B-12 deficiency. After treatment Mother has her life back and I was able to bring her home from assisted living. She's reading, playing games on the computer and enjoying life. I am forever grateful.

Difficult to get response from office by phone. I want to cancel an appointment but no one answers phone, just get busy signal.

Dr Ofner was TERRIBLE!!!! I came in as a follow up from being admitted to the hospital for STROKE symptoms which now we know was a hemiplegic migraine. "If your symptoms are getting better why are you even concerned?" Outside the door she was laughing making fun of me to the CNA very loudly "we will just let MAYO figure this one out. She sounds like a trainwreck anyways with all these symptoms" The door was still open... and I had not even met her yet!!! The entire time she was rude, disresp

HORRIBLE doctor. This was the worst experience in a doctor's office I have ever had! She seemed completely annoyed by my presence and dismissive. She acted as if I should not even be there "if it's not interfering with your job." (She even interrogated me about my job as if I was lying to her and was condescending about it.) Even though this was the first (AND ONLY) time I had met her, she was rude about my choice to continue to nurse my 13 month old baby. LONG WAIT IN WAITING ROOM TOO!

I found her to be very Professional and thorough. She doesn’t rush and explains everything even if it’s not what you want to hear.

She got me out of pain! Very professional and caring. Very well spoken and knowledgeable about my Trigeminal Neurolgia and got me to a surgeon for a possible Gama Knife surgery to hopefully take away the pain permanently.

Poor office manner - generally assumptive, dismissive, pre-concieved notions with an inflexible and demeaning attitude. Every individual is a human being first - they deserve to be treated as such.

She walked in the room with assumptions about things I "wouldn't do" which I never said. She had boxing gloves on the whole time and almost made me cry multiple times. I just wanted to find out what is going on with me and make sure everything is okay. She wrote up an Mri prescription to "ease my mind" even though she was positive nothing would come up. She walked into the room with boxing gloves on. And made assumptions about what I would and wouldn't do before I even mentioned anything about that topic. Her office told me no pain is normal but she told me I was going to have to live with it. And on the first and now only visit, she felt it was her duty to tell me things that I needed to hear. This was easily one of the worst experiences with doctors I have ever had. She almost made me cry multiple times, avoid going to her at all costs.

Dr. Ofner listens to my issues and has laid out a plan for alieving my pain and discomfort. We've been working on this plan for many months and step by step I am finding more relief. She runs a tight schedule but yet spends the right amount of time with me working on the plan.

She is very thorough and explains in understandable language. Her staff is very kind and understanding.
