I have been to Dr. Jones 3 times. Each time I've waited over an hour after my scheduled visit, to be seen. Today, I am sitting in the office for my 9am appointment. This woman walks in at 9:30 am! There are two other patients that came in and was sent to the back before me, so I ask about my appointment for 9am. I'm then told I was down for 9:40... Are you kidding me?!?!!! I have to take time off work to come here, so I'm not going to just come & sit in your office for the fun of it! I told the receptionist Kia (whom is really nice, but very over worked) that I will simply find a new doctor! I will not continue to pay someone that doesn't value my time! Especially when you're making me come in just to take my blood pressure to ensure there are no side effects from medicine! I could tell you that over a telehealth visit! I have been a patient of Dr. Martin-Jones for over 10 years. I love her honesty and professionalism. She is a caring and personable Dr. with excellent bedside manners. Thank you, Dr. Jones for all that you do and the care that you have provided.

Did not feel this doctor cared about me as a patient at all. Does not follow up on matters that are important. First and last visit, would never recommend.

The people at the front desk are a reflection of your business. Its the first face we see before ever seeing the doctor. The woman at the front desk has a HORRIBLE attitude. I was a new patient. Over the phone when I made the appointment I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she was having a bad day. Heard it again when I confirmed my appointment but ignored it. I arrived at the appointment and there the attitude was again. She was short and rude and unprofessional. She wasnt the least bit friendly. I had waited a week for this appointment so I wasn’t going to let that deter me at this point. After being asked for my insurance info, she told me I had to update the doctor to reflect Dr Michele Martin Jones as my PCP on my Insurance so I called and they did. The practice group name apparently wouldn’t update in the system, only the physicians name so because of that she told me to reschedule my appointment. I spent an hour in the office filling out papers and talking on the phone with the insurance. I let the receptionist talk to the insurance provider to see if they could find a solution without me being in the middle. A clerical issue should not dictate a patient being seen for a medical issue- that’s immoral! I’m so disappointed by this experience. The people at the front desk are a reflection of your business. Dr. Martin-Jones’s bedside manor,professionalism and patience is top notch which is needed in society.

Dr. Martin-Jones always makes me feel the most comfortable and goes above and beyond to get me the best treatment. Her kind words and years of experience makes me only want to go to her for my OBGYN and primary doctor needs. Thank you for caring for your patients!

Great doctor and staff. When they took my blood it literally didn't hurt at all just I felt a little prick and that was it. The staff are good and nice and very thorough. The wait time is kind of a little bit longer that I want to be that sometimes messes up your schedule but in general this is a very good doctor office you can take your family and friends to and also good for yourself. I had my first visit and was very happy. Dr Martin-Jones spent a lot of time with me and went over many options for my health plan. I felt very comfortable with her and her entire staff.

Dr. Martin-Jones and her assistant (Kia) were very patient and personable. I wasn’t 100% sure what the experience would be like but they were awesome at talking me through every minute of the service. Exactly what I imagined my Dr.'s visit should look like. I have not been to a consistent primary care physician in several years. This was my first visit with Dr. Martin-Jones. I am more than appreciative for the knowledge, time, and care that Dr. Martin-Jones provided. I look forward to having her as my PCP for years to come.

Upon my first visit The office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Martin-Jones was thorough and patient which helped me feel at ease and not rushed while speaking with her. She also recommended future care needs I may need. I feel confident that I made a great decision in choosing Dr. Martin-Jones as my PCP.

They take too long to do a request.

Her staff never answers the phone. They don't even let you hold, it just tells you they're busy and hangs up on you. You have to pay to park. She never saw me on time, I always had to wait, sometimes for up to an hour. Terrible office, don't go.

Very upstanding, sincere and thorough.

Dr. Martin-Jones is a relatable, down to earth, professional practitioner. Very good with calming anxious patients and does well balancing "niceness" with communicating what is necessary to inform her patients of the steps necessary to improve health.

Always friendly service. No long waiting periods, and clean environment!

She is an excellent doctor! So knowledgeable, reassuring, calm, and nice. Her staff is very nice and accommodating. Try to get an appointment with her. Nice introduction to Baltimore for me.
