She is extremely incompetent. Me and my fiancee have been going back and forth with this doctor for over a month now on getting her the proper medication. She says that she will send the right prescription, but never does. My fiancee ran out of medicine and we went to ask for an order for a refill, and she never took the time to send the order to the pharmacy. This can be extremely dangerous for my fiancee since she can have devastating seizures if she doesn't take her medicine. I had to call out surgeon to send the prescription. It literally took them 20minutes to do it. She doesn't care about the well being of my fiancee. She's been through enough and has had bad luck with doctors. We are changing doctors right away. Avoid at all costs if you care about the well being of your loved one or yourself.

Dr Lamantia really cares about her patients and sometimes the waits are long because she doesn't rush her patients. She will take her time with you also. If you want a Doctor who spends a few minutes with you because he's over booking patients, go for it. Her patients love her and don't mind the wait because they know she will take just as much time with them .She is one of the best and I just wish I had met her when I first came to San Diego. She gets to know her patients health history and not just what number patient they are. I guarantee if you take the wait for her you will see what we know. She's one doctor who takes her Hippocratic oath seriously. She's been my doctor for over 7 years, managing my health and keeping me healthy.

Dr Kamantia was my doctor when she was at Kaiser, and she was one of the 2 best doctors I’ve ever had. The waits were sometimes long, but I would rather have a doctor who dealt with my problem completely, than rushed me through so she could get to the next patient. I love Dr Lamantia. I wish she was still my doctor.
