Don’t go there , it’s the worst doctor clinic I ever been to in my entire life . I never wrote a bad review about any doctor and this is the first time doing it !! Dr Michael Savcenko acts like he is nice and friendly to get money from you and he tells you the veins will fade in 3 to 6 months and if you get any more veins they will be very small and few , which is absolutely a lie !! I paid them 4500 , cut on so many my budget and I went to other vascular doctor he said they didn’t close it ! I called them they said we will do an ultrasound for you , it’s cheap since I met my deductible . When I went to the office they refused to due a full ultrasound and said I have to wait until January when I would have to pay a lot for ultrasound ! Dr Savcenko said I probably need 3 sessions for spider vein but today they told me I need like 6 sessions which cost 900 dollars on top of the 4500 I already paid and I am still not sure if my deep veins are closed because they are refusing to do ultrasound b4 I do the spider veins so all of my veins might come back ! They keep changing what they say and lie ! Guys don’t go there , I left the office today crying and it’s not the first time crying leaving the office . I am too young only 31 to deal with this stress and pain . My legs have been in so much pains for two months now ! The nurse practitioner is so rude , front office rude . When you call it goes to answering machine not the main office , so when you go to the office they tell you we didn’t talk to you ! It’s the answering machine ! Everyone there is mean , rude , money hungry and the doctor pretends his friendly just to get money out from you ! He saw me arguing today him and the nurse practitioner and ran away because he knew he was lying . What kinda of doctor is that ? Stay away you will cry as much as I did !!

He has an excellent bedside manners. He always explain what he will do before and after the procedures. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend this office to everyone.

Highly recommend Dr. Savcenko and his team. It can be a big overwhelming to go through the series of appointments and they do a really good job of making it easy, comfortable and actually enjoyable. Very competent, pleasant all the way around and a very nice facility.

GREAT !He has good bedside manner as far as always happy always asking if you feel discomfort. I will recommend him.

Office staff is very quick and efficient, Dr Savcenko is amazing which also means scheduling can be a bit tight and hard, but well worth it. He explains things well as does the NP and the US tech!!!

Dr. Savcenko and his staff are friendly and professional. He explained in details about my procedure and kept me informed throughout the procedure as well, that put me at ease and I was not nervous anymore. I am going to get my other leg done in a few days and I am not afraid anymore and hoping for the positive results of this treatment. I definitely recommend Dr. Savcenko to anyone who has issues with veins. He has excellent bed side manners and a very good doctor.

Dr. Savcenko has a wonderful bedside manner. He explained every step of the procedures and was very cognizant to be sure I was experiencing minimal pain or discomfort.

Dr. Savcenko explained the procedure before it started, and answered all questions in a way that was understandable. Easy to speak with. Also was put at ease after learning about his training and experience.

I would highly recommend Dr. Savenko and his staff. They take the time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable. I have had around 16 appointment so far and they have been on time or early except for one time. They all apologised for the wait. This to me this meant that they value my time as well as theirs. A VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF. I highly recommend them. :)

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here. All of the staff was friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Savcenko took the time to explain everything before and during the procedures. I am grateful my dermatologist recommended this specific clinic in Plano as I have heard they are not all of the same quality

Excellent doctor, service and staff!

Dr. Savcenko is the reason I had several procedures done at the Vein Clinic of America. He was extremely patient and answered my numerous questions and I felt I was in very good hands. The procedures were not painful and the results were amazing. My legs look youthful again! I have recommended him to many of my friends and relatives!

I love them they are all so nice. Minimal pain and they really put you at ease during the procedure. I was nervous but they helped me to be calm and before I knew it I was done. I recommend them highly!!

Dr. Savcenko and staff are very caring and professional. Throughout my treatments, everyone from Dr. Savcenko to the Front Desk staff made an effort to get to know me personally and made sure I felt comfortable during the procedures. I was very nervous for my first ablation therapy session and one of the medical assistants took time out of her busy day to sit with me during the procedure. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Savcenko, along with his entire staff. Dr. Savcenko was professional and thorough. I would highly recommend his practice for varicose vein and spider vein removal.

I was having a lot of discomfort, especially at the back of my knees. I put off seeing a doctor because I thought it my lumpy ugly veins were a cosmetic issue and I couldn't afford the treatments. Dr Savcenko (did his residency at Mayo Clinic) diagnosed me with varicose veins. It turns out that medicare pays for correcting the problem and so I didn't pay ANYTHING. He did an amazing job and was very thorough. I recommend choosing a clinic based on whether he practices there.

Dr. Savcenko is very knowledgable about vein disease and communicates this knowledge to patients. He was very clear educating me on the different types of broken or enlarged veins and the type of treatment needed. Staff is friendly and helpful. They are always pleasant when I go in.

Dr.Savcenko was very thorough when he explained about vein conditions and the importance of treating them. I am so pleased with my results and have already recommend Dr.Savcenko to friends and family!

I was very uncomfortable during my appointments in Plano. Very unhappy with my treatment. Also the calls are sometimes rerouted to Illinois offices where they make scheduling mistakes.
