Michael Francis Zoda

He is a very nice man and listens intently. He is definitely not well versed in trauma based therapy so I do not recommend him for that. If you want someone who will listen well and help with everyday life stuff, he's fine. If you need any kind of real expertise, I would recommend someone else. Again, he is really a great guy, just limited in his abilities. He also doesn't seem up to date in his education. I talked about things he should have been aware of in the field. He's old school, and that's fine, but not enough. He is basically talk therapy with no ability to offer suggestions for how to change real world behaviors. You talk, he listens and gives feedback on emotions, but you're left on your own after that.

Dr. Zoda has a gift that is unparalleled. He is keen, on point, and provides spot on advice. Literally saved my life as well as my daughters with his counsel. He is a gift from God and provides great wisdom.

We were stunned at how committed, passionate, well versed and very bright this fellow is. He is a huge bear of a man but so kind, thoughtful. He played College football, got his doctorate in Chemistry. Worked in industry successfully so blends with almost any personality.

Dr. Zoda told my ex-spouse, "I am interested in making you the most whole individual you can be. You can then decided if you want to continue to be married." This man will absolutely kill your marriage. He uses poorly designed pop psychology of codependency and is unwilling to confront unacceptable behavior in the relationship. Long after the non-aggressor is gone, Dr. Zoda will continue to see the instigating spouse and help them discover their newly realized sense of "self." Steer clear.

Dr. Zoda is certainly intelligent. However, beware of the erroneous and damaging understanding of gender roles which underlie his diagnoses and advice.

Dr. Zoda is one of a kind. He helps clients prime the pump of their heart to reveal the struggles that someone who was shut down, like myself, easily overlooks. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Zoda for 4 years and have grown so much as individual, a couple, and Christians.
