Dr. Michael C Zaslow

Wonderful experience!

During my video call with "doctor" Zaslow, all I was treated to was a view of the top of the head of a balding, grey-haired man who had very little to say about the 3-page questionnaire I had filled out and sent to him. Three weeks later, I received a bill for $275 and still had not received anything from the good "doctor." Not a single phone call (his staff claims my voicemail box is full) or a single letter sent either through email or the postal service. Apart from the bill, that is. If this "doctor" hadn't been recommended to me by my health provider, I would simply have labeled him a scam artist. Could this be why so many of his reviews are so bad?

I've been seeing Dr. Zaslow for a year or two now and he's been great. I'd give five stars but his Winchester office is only open 3 days a week and to refill my medication I need to call on one of those 3 days. I wish there was an easier way to get a refill. Other than that, I think Dr. Zaslow is a competent and compassionate doctor who has done a tremendous amount to help diagnose my sleep issues. The front office staff is very friendly as well.

Dr Zaslow spent a long time talking to me about the problems I was having getting to sleep and staying to sleep. He asked me a lot of questions and took pages of notes regarding my situation. I felt that he understood me and asked appropriate questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all and I felt he really listened to my concerns.

Awful experience. Doctor seems unprepared, doesn't remember anything. He does not care about your problems, but makes you fill out some questionnaire. He is not willing to help, seems very distanced and not engaged. He brushes off any questions.

Dr. Zaslow displays a true caring attitude toward getting to know his patients. He not only treats your condition, but gets to know you as a whole person. He takes everything about you into consideration for your treatment plan. Don't panic, this is a good thing! I promise. I know because he does that with me and it has been an enjoyable and thankfully pleasant experience.

I have not had a good experience with this doctor or his staff. I was charged for another patient's visit and not my own. Then they tried to bill me for the visit again. It feels like I am part of a money making operation, rather than a health service.
