The entire facility is very responsive, respectful and precise! There was no waiting when it came to my tooth pain. I showed him the problem, Dr. Williams assesed my concern, i put on some sunglasses and shazam my wisdom tooth was pulled and one of my teeth was fixed all within an hour! This is the first time out of many years of dental visits of posting a review. I work with many of our wonderful patients on giving our office a good to great review after their visit. Because remember, you can only ask! My hygiene visit went extremely well considering major services I received in May 2019. My hygienist, Myanh, is an almost 20 year pro with a dental assisting turn hygienist team member to her credit. Her skills along with the Impressive Smiles team of Jennell and Dr. Williams completed my visit. I think I am also a little biased as Practice Manager and member of Dr. Williams’ family. My first time visiting a dentist ever to extract my wisdom tooth and I was a bit nervous. They all treated me with such great calmness and before I knew it my tooth was extracted without no pains.... would recommend over and over again to anyone. Thanks to the whole crew members.

My husband and I have gone to Dr. William's for a couple years now and we always leave satisfied, our teeth feel very clean and the atmosphere is great. I started going to Dr.Williams in around 2005 when I was an uninsured college student. I remained a patient because of how I was treated by him as well as his staff at all times. Recently I had extensive dental work done and Dr. Williams made himself available to me during that weekend when he was out of town in a conference. To top things off when he returned he made sure to have me come in as early as possible in order to make sure I was taken care of immediately and made comfortable. Dr. Williams has worked with me and made sure I was able to achieve my beautiful smile once again. I appreciate all of his work as well as his attentive staff that NEVER misses a beat. Just finished a crown prep and filling! I didn’t feel anything!

I applaud Dr. Williams and Tracy. Talk about good hearted people who practice dentistry FOR THE PATIENT. My mother is 87 years old and had to have a crown put on and I about put myself in the hospital I was so sick with worry but their people skills are amazing! She had to have a deep cleaning debridement, root canal, then the crown. Everything went smooth as silk!! You should have seen her smiling and eating for her birthday the other day at Teppanyaki. First time I've been to Dr. Williams. I really like him; wish I would have found him sooner! I am getting a crown. Unlike my old dentist, he didn't hurt me while deadening my gums. Told me I'd be sensitive and sore for a while but not bad at all! His staff is nice and professional. The nurse suggested some music during the procedure which I've never had at the dentist. I was a new patient to Dr Williams, had my cleaning last week and a filling done today. The front office staff is professional and super attentive from the start of your visit to your check out. The back office staff is also professional, knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. Dr Williams was straight forward with my exam and treatment plan. This is the first filling I've ever had done that was painless from the shot to the actual filling and didn't take a long time, nor was my mouth numb the rest of the afternoon. Doctor Williams was wonderful!! I needed a dentist but didn’t know who to go to. A friend of mine works as a hygienist in his office and referred me. I’m so happy she did because yesterday out of the blue the crown off my back tooth fell off!! I didn’t know what to do, then I remembered Michael Williams DDS. He got me in the very next morning and had it fixed in no time!! I would highly recommend this Dentist to everyone!! He will be my dentist from now on!! Doctor Williams was wonderful!!
