Dr. Williams has taken great care of me on 5/11/22 and for Years since I moved back to MI 1993 and my care recently was difficult but he understand and assisted me in my crisis time. Thank you

The wait was minimal and the service was outstanding. Dr Williams is very thorough

Dr Williams and the staff are caring, responsive and patiently answer all questions making sure you understand what's going on.

I have been a patient of Dr Williams for over 20 years. He has been my daughters Dr for over 20 years. We trust and rely on him where our health is concern.

Dr. Williams is a outstanding doctor very professional takes his time with you. He listens and I feel very comfortable with him. Excellent doctor Would recommend him To anyone

I am very pleased with the services I received. My waiting time to be called in to see the doctor was excellent ( 10 minutes). Dr Williams was very kind and patient. He explained my health problems so I could understand. He seemed very interested and concerned about me.

Doctor Williams is a phenomenal doctor. He's always professional, listens to your concerns. Doctor Williams has been my doctor for over 20 years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Williams for 30+ years. I met him while at an appointment my mother had with him. I made him my PCP immediately. I have never been disappointed with him or his staff,except when he announced his retirement. I was in despair when faced with having to find another PCP. I am so elated he has returned. I have referred several people to Dr. Williams over the years. No one has been disappointed. I have my children,, sibling,, and 2 close friends that are now under his care. I also had my husband become a patient of his. None of whom have ever been disappointed. He is so very personable. He listens. He returns calls. He is diligent about being up to date with his patients medical history, needs & concerns. He has a bed-side manner like no other doctor I have encountered.And he has an awesome staff at his back. I’ve been going to Dr Williams for many, many years and he is always professional and takes the time he needs with his patients. The only issue with the office is being left in the exam room 20-30 minutes AFTER seeing the Dr., waiting as instructed to be walked out with my patient and prescription information. One time recently after seeing the DR in the office for that day (not Dr Williams) I got frustrated and let the desk know I was still waiting for the Dr to return and had to leave. Who happened to be in the elevator with me? The Dr I was in the room waiting to return with additional information. I will always insist on seeing Dr Williams unless it is an extreme emergency or something beyond my control, he is the best. Dr Williams is a wonderful physician, he clearly listening to your concerns and gives an exam that checks everything . Dr Williams explain all your results, makes sure you have all of your vaccine for the year. Helps any way he can. My sister is a patient here. Dr. was booked so she saw the P.A. who diagnosed her with a hernia but also wanted an x-ray of her hip due to her having a certain cancer. There is no way this was a hernia as the P.A. stated and I don't have a degree! She could NOT walk, lift right leg, in terrible unbearable pain. Certainly not symptoms of a hernia even though pain was in groin area. X-ray showed hip fracture due to her cancer. I certainly don't want her seeing the P.A. again!!! My sister is a patient here. Always a good experience with Dr. Williams. He saved me from a lot of quacks in the 1990’s.

Doctor Michael Williams is an excellent physician and caring individual with a proven track record of professionalism!

Prompt and thorough visit with Dr Williams. His receptionist and assistant were very professional and proficient. Waiting time was minimal also.

Dr. Williams is a physician who I have entrusted my family to care for. He genuinely cares about you amd and treats you with dignity and respect. He is a great man who happens to be a physician. He would still be a great man if he wasn't a physician.

Awesome office.

Dr. Marshall is on point with the care of my mom. He came out promptly, did a thorough exam, ordered medication and supplies and will be returning in a week. I am very satisfied with his work and management of his client.

Dr. Williams is very patient and listens to his clients. He has an excellent bedside manner. Dr. Williams has been my primary for more than 30 years.

I have been calling to make an appointment for the last month and half and it seems like the phone number isn't working, this doesn't make any sense for real I'm about to switch my doctor office. I never had to go through this with any of my old doctors.

Very friendly staff, was in and out of there in less than one hour on a sunday morning. Originally prescribed an antibiotic that didn't work well, not the doctors fault, but went back a few days later, got a new antibiotic, was in and out of there again. Have been there with my kids and find the staff very friendly and efficient. I would go here if you arent feeling well.
