Disregarded my medical history. After using the camera, sending me to CT, and looking at results, he used the camera again for no reason. He didn’t wait for numbing medicine to work. I thought I was going to die if I moved while I endured severe pain as he shoved the camera around my sinuses. I could feel everything.

Immediately was cold and dismissive - he was not prepared at all with any of my medical records. He had no idea I had been in that office just one day prior, or that i had been in the affiliate office three times earlier that week - and had no idea the medications the doctors had prescribed me. After inspecting my ears and nose he said there was no ear infection (despite having 8 out of 10 pain and 4 other doctors confirming a double ear infection). Extremely dissatisfied. 0/10 would recommend.
