Only go here as a last resort! It took me 2 months to get an appointment here so I could get an IUD placed. I had trouble finding it so I was about 5 minutes late and then had to wait in line for another 10 minutes at the front desk.When I got back the doctor was grouchy with me and told me they couldn't help me because I was late. I had apologized a couple times for being late now and explained I had trouble finding the place. When I explained to her that I really wanted to get this taken care of because I had waited so long she said it wasn’t fair to other patients who get there on time if she helped me because I was late and she didn’t have enough time to place it anyways. I went to planned parenthood when I was younger because I couldn’t afford anywhere else and their care was far superior to the care I got at ECWG. I only go here when nowhere else is available. I have never had a doctor be so neglectful or make me feel so uncomfortable. Don't expect results to paps...that is if he does them. If you suspect that he said he did a pap on you and you never got a result and you never felt him do one, I would love to hear from you. I have never had a doctor be so demeaning or insultive and snicker while he was doing so. I don't know if he usually makes fun of his patients like he did me, or if that is his sense of humor but I am not laughing. I have a great sense of humor but you don't put your patient down for reporting symptoms no matter what you think personally. I would never recommend him. I regret choosing him as a doctor and will be filing a complaint.
