Dr. Michael T Watkins

Doctor Watkins was instrumental in diagnosing my second DVT and quickly put me on Lovenox that was used as a bridge before I could be put back on Warfarin. He also made sure my veins where properly functioning every 6 months. Dr. Watkins is easy going and has a great bedside manner.

Dr. Watkins, helped me recover from an infection in my ankle after a fall. His care and concern for my well being was phenomenal. Within weeks my wound was healed and no complications from then on.

A Surgeon with a bedside manner of kindness and humility. Dr Watkins is a gem. Life is complicated . I am concerned that he be steadfastly supported and recognized as an invaluable physician and mentor.

Dr Watkins is such a kind compassionate and unbelievably dedicated physician! I had a non healing wound from hip surgery. I saw a vascular surgeon that kept puncturing with an applicator stick thru the wall of the wound into pockets draining hematomas/seroma. Over 4 months with him doing this it lead to holes in my leg with necrosis damaging the subcutaneous tissue! Dr Watkins did surgery to remove/repair this damage! Dr Watkins is an outstanding vascular surgeon!

Ten years ago I was fortunate to meet with Dr. Watkins. At the time I was scheduled to have my leg amputated at a local hospital. Dr. Watkins asked me to give him a chance to save my leg. I did the hyperbaric chamber for 8 weeks and he's performed stent surgery on me. Dr. Watkins has guided me through all my treatments and is always available if I need him. Ten years later, I still have my leg. He is my hero and in my opinion there is no better doctor in the world.
