Stay away from this place. I work customer service at an insurance office and I called over to assist their patient, a 64 year old sweet lady with chronic pain to transfer a prescription to Kroger in order to save $65 and got two different reps at this provider with attitude and artificial hurdles just to move a prescription to another pharmacy. They said they are only willing to move a prescription 1 time, and if the pharmacy is out of stock, it is not their problem and they won't move it again. Sharia told me that the pharmacies want all the prescriptions to be picked up at the same pharmacy, and I said, "Sure, because they do price rigging, but it is not our job to help them gouge the customer." When I called Kroger, they said she would have no problem picking up just the one prescription. So I called back to move it for her and Kia informed me that they do not normally change prescriptions between appointments and she can only submit the request and it is up to the doctor if they are willing to do it. She will be notified within 24-48 hours (even though she needs medication yesterday). When I informed Kia that I have never had a provider say anything but "OK" to a prescription transfer request, she informed me this is in the small print of the agreement the patient signed. After this call, and seeing some of the other negative reviews convinced me to write this review. For pain management, they're more of a pain in the neck, and if you want compassionate providers who would prioritize your financial wellbeing in a sinking economy weighed down by the most bloated healthcare costs in the world, look elsewhere. UPDATE: They responded back to the patient and refuse to transfer her prescription, causing her to have to pay $65 extra out of pocket just because this team is lazy and can't be troubled to perform basic provider services, let alone courtesy. These people should not be employed in healthcare. Stay away from this place. The staff here refused a 64 year old without insurance to transfer her prescription to Kroger, where she could save $65. Their excuse was that she agreed to that in her patient agreement. They are lazy, unsympathetic and have a bad attitude. While trying to explain the situation behind a reasonable request, they instantly get defensive and cut me off and talk over me. With three different reps acting this way, it is clearly the culture in that office. Find healthcare providers who care.

Every one was very nice and respectful. Place was very clean as it should be. This was my first time coming, and I will continue to come. Dr walls was also very nice. One thing I look for in a Dr is that he/she doesn't come in to see you and only spends a min with you then leaves. Dr walls spent his time with me asking his questions with no rush to find out what was going on with me . You all deserve a 5 ???? rating from me.......So far lol. I waited 2 months for some one to call me back. Never did. Their message was, sorry we are short staffed please use the portal. If you are a new patient, as was I, you Can't use the portal. When I finally talked to someone 2 months later, the woman told me he could not see me as I was getting injections and medication from another doctor.....which us totally false. Excellent staff!

Didn't know what to expect. Was just glad that I had found a Dr. that would take Workman's Comp. The Dr. seemed very nice, but unfortunately wasn't very friendly. But would differently recommend him to others.

Awesome care and a great pain management Dr. I have been a patient of Dr.Walls for many years and he has really helped manage my pain!

Everyone was very nice They answered my questions and made sure I understood.

Seen doctor at appointed time. Staff was very nice.

I am so glad I found Dr. Walls. I've been hurt for 20 years and have dealt with pain docs over the years and have had negative experiences with all of them which lead me into not trusting pain docs at all. I kind of viewed them as "legal drug dealers" but I'm so happy to say that Dr. Walls has restored my trust. Everyone I've come into contact within his office have been so nice and so cool and so helpful. So, in conclusion, if you want actual help for your condition, go to Dr. Walls' office, if you want a drug dealer, go somewhere else. I am so glad I found Dr. Walls. Every visit they make me feel as the only patient! Dr. Walls is a man of few words, but he answers every questions, soothes every fear that comes with pain! Dr. Hood, oh my gosh! He is funny and so relatable! ❤❤

I've only seen Dr. Walls once but I was very happy with my visit with him today. He was very through in checking me out as far as my injuries go. He asked many questions and took his time with me. He changed my medication as I did not want to go back on what I was prescribed for a very long time. He was concerned about side effects of this medication and agreed that I should not continue to take it. So far I'm very happy with him. I plan on continuing to see Dr. Walls. I was very happy when I walked into this office! It was very clean and they even provide water for you from a water tank! I have not seen this anywhere else. The staff was so nice and they treated everyone very good! The nurse was very patient with me and let me tell my side of the story! I have not had this at other places I've been to. And dr. Great staff, excellent doctors, great office personnel

The staff is very helpful and friendly! They help make the trip to "the Doctor" a lot more pleasant. Dr. Walls listens patiently and seems very intent on making every effort to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible with your problems. I would recommend them to anyone who has the terrible need for a pain specialist.

If you are going to be referred to this doctor, please do not get your hopes up. You will be met with a unsympathetic, rude and rushed visit. Your concerns will not be address let alone heard. During my visit, I was cut off and even talked to in a rude manner when trying to explain my symptoms. As a pain patient with a list of health issues almost as long as the alternative treatments I have tried to avoid opiods including (chirp wheel, physical therapy, injections, chiropractic care, OTC pain relievers/patches/rubs). When explaining how nauseated I was at funeral on Sunday from the tylenol and ibuprofen, I was cut off and harshly asked, "What are you asking for?" and before I could answer he blatantly stated "I am not giving you opiods!" Then went on to claim he told me in the beginning that he would not give me opiates. Which is funny considering my first visit I told them that I do NOT want drugs. He just assumed I was a "seeker." I am substance abuse counselor. He would know that if he would look away from his computer and actually give me 5 minutes of his undivided attention. I do have a list of health issues the main issues being dextro-scoliosis, levo-scoliosis, narrowed upper, mid and lower dorsals, narrowed disc(s) at C5, C6, C7, L2, L3, L4 & L5, broken collarbone that has shifted into my deformed neck and spine and my right hip being 7mm lower than my left. I also works as an operations manager and run my micro farm in Union and take care of my 4 year old daughter and between the missed work due to pain and numerous appointments between 3 specialists I need relief. But was told that because of my age (30) he would not treat me?!. I see both sides of this. As a professional, I see the influx of suicides since 2012 because of the CDC cracking down on doctors which then forced pain sufferers to the streets but as a patient, I see the blatant lack of care and compassion each individual with chronic pain must endure until they find a doctor that is willing to stand by their oath and treat their patients. I do not understand why this doctor chose this field but he has been burnt out and jaded by drug seekers and now assumes that everyone is just seeking drugs. If you have seen this doctor and have had the same result(s) contact the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure and file a grievance (complaint). There are also resources online like the National Pain Advocacy Center as well as many others! You can also find a study (through the latter) about suicides commited from lack of pain treatment and/or being cut off by a doctor. You can learn what the long term damage is to your brain by enduring chronic (untreated pain) but at the very least, do not be afraid and do not endure this alone. Together we really can make a difference.

I have very courteous service when I go to Commonwealth Pain and Spine. And I think that doctor Walls is the very best doctor ever.

Dr. Walls would not even look at me while talking to me, even laughed at me at one point, never even tried to help me with my issues, and when he was done talking to me he pretty much ran out of the room, he never told me what to do or where to go or even have a nice day, he did not care bout my issues at all, I don’t recommend this dr walls at all, I felt very uncomfortable about 10 minutes just waiting in the waiting room, was most uncomfortable in the room with dr walls because he had no concern about my issues at at all, why be a doctor if you don’t care for your patients, the reviews I read about dr walls was all mostly bad reviews, well the bad reviews are all true, dr walls doesn’t even deserve one star review, his staff was no help either nor did they seem to care for the patients, they are all there for one reason and that is a pay check Dr. Walls would not even look at me while talking to me, even laughed at me at one point, never even tried to help me with my issues, and when he was done talking to me he pretty much ran out of the room, he never told me what to do or … More

I'm just wondering he wrote that prescription for me for 5 325. Are in the same kind that Missy Collins would give me cuz I was taking 10 325 oxycodone I'm the one that was taken I was just wondering he changed me or or that's what I get for the time being

I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Dr Walls. He and his staff have been sensitive and attentive to my issues, always in a professional and friendly manner. I could transfer to a facility in their organization that is closer to my home, I won't, and will refer my friends and family to the Crestview office.

So I gave a one star review and now it is taken down. Don't go here. Keep trying Google. I'll keep posting it. When the office has a sign for CBD oil, it's no better than a gas station.

Don't waste your time. My mother had to make another appointment bc she was in the hospital and missed her first appointment. She called and explained why she missed it. The lady she talked to got an attitude with her and said if she miss her next appointment she would Not get her prescriptions filled! So my mom said she will make sure she is there at 2:10pm on Tuesday. So we show up an hour early to make sure she didn't miss it, just to be told she didn't have an appointment scheduled! Still she was met with an attitude from the front desk lady. I understands that they have to deal with people all day, i get that. But in No way did this lady believe her. She doesn't drive so she asked if we can take time out of our day to give her a ride. So if anyone Does make an appointment there make sure you call everyday to remind them, (do their job) and get the full name of the person you talk to so if they don't Do their job, you have a name to tell them whom you talked to bc if not your wasting your time. I'm sure they will charge her insurance and say she missed her second appointment...
